The technician, Matthew, arrived on time, was courteous, and did a very thorough job cleaning my couch. Scheduling over the phone was very easy and I appreciated the confirmation/reminder emails and texts.

We called Bayou City when we were prepping our house to go on the market. Before they came we were told that we would need to offer a flooring allowance because of how bad our carpets looked. After they came it looked like we had put in all new carpets. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs carpet/ flooring cleaning.

Just over a year ago, we reached out to Bayou City Steam Cleaning (BCSC) to clean our furniture and rug. After reading their stellar reviews and seeing their excellent track record, we decided to book a service with them.

Our technician, Matthew, was punctual, professional, and extremely courteous. He took the time to explain the entire cleaning process and the benefits of the service we had chosen. Once we saw the incredible results on our furniture and rug, we decided to add steam cleaning for our dining chairs as well.

In just a few hours, Matthew transformed our furniture to look even better than when we first bought it.

A year later, we received a follow-up email from BCSC, checking in to see if we needed any additional services. Without hesitation, we booked another appointment for our rug and furniture. Once again, Matthew arrived right on time and delivered the same outstanding service as before.

The booking process was a breeze. I submitted a form and received confirmation of my booking quickly. The gentlemen that came where very professional and patient as my place isn't the easiest to find. The cleaning was amazing! My couch has never been so clean (thank you dogs) and I 100% will be booking them again!!!

Bayou City Steam Cleaning did an awesome job with my 3 area carpets and stairway runner. They were very quick and I couldn't believe the difference in the carpets when they were finished. They looked new again. The pricing is very reasonable. I highly recommend.

My sofa had seen better days but Matthew and Raymond got right to work and brought it back to life… It honestly looks brand new! They even got out an ink strain I didn’t think would ever come out!!

We've used Bayou City Steam cleaning for the past two summers for spot upholstery cleaning, pet stains, carpet cleaning.. you name it they do it. Bayou offers a great service, their pricing is transparent and fair. More than anything we appreciate their swift and thorough communication - we receive confirmation emails and reminder texts and always get a call back if we have a change or question.

This is my second time using Bayou City Steam Cleaning, 5 stars for both! Matthew is friendly, professional and very detailed oriented. For the second time, my outdoor patio cushions look brand new! Excellent job! In addition to doing a fantastic job, they send appointment reminders and they follow up to see if everything was satisfactory. This level of service is rare and greatly appreciated!

Amazing! They got candle wax out of my new couch (worst material ever for candle wax). So pleased with the result - they were up front that it may not be perfect, but it looks 99% better. Saved me a reupholstery -10/10 will use them again.

Very thorough! Had a couch and a mattress cleaned. They both look great. There were very minor stains on the couch that they couldn’t get out, but you can’t see them unless pointed out and they were very honest about it. The mattress looks brand new.

I’ve been using Bayou City Steam Cleaners for 4-5 years now. When I originally got quotes their prices were competitive and reasonable, and I feel they probably still are as I don’t feel there has been a drastic increase. They are very responsive- if I call someone answers the phone, and respond to text and emails quickly. I have always been able to schedule within 1 week of the day I call. I have run into the situation of needing to delay my appointment and they were willing and able to work with me. They have excellent employee retention, I have the same technicians every year, which makes me feel like like they value their employees. The technicians are always happy, polite, respectful, professional, and best of all great with my animals. As for their work- AMAZING! They have cleaned our carpet, couch, chairs, mattresses, and tile in our kitten and bathrooms and I have never had a single complaint. I have no doubt that I will continue using them in the future.
