I’ve used a few cleaning services in the past and have never been satisfied 100%. I started using ecocleanology 5 months ago and can truly say this is the best company hands dawn. Every person they’ve sent to my house has been very thorough and professional but Dawn is the best!!

Our experience with this company has not been the best. It started out great when Ashley and her colleague were coming once a week. When we took a break due to our newborn twins being born and decided to come back, the service just went downhill. First of all, Julie has no customer service skills at all. Her cleaners scratched our glass shower with one of the bristles getting stuck in the cloth they use to wipe down the glass and she insisted that cannot happen and they were not responsible. This after the fact 3 of her cleaners told us in person they get caught all the time and they even get cuts on their hands from them. Then she proceeds to claim she worked with us with our cancellation request like she is doing us a favor. The cancellation policy is 24hrs, it is not your customer fault you do not check voicemails and get it after 24 hours. Every time we have canceled it was within your policy. If you call and expect her to call you back, do not hold your breath. Her cleaners are sub-par although very nice. We are not hiring nice but someone who is competent to clean our house. Dust still everywhere and beds made in a careless manner. Our 9-year-old son can make a bed better than some of her cleaners. Not only that, they tried to fit a twin sheet and just stretched it over a full! We where home and a simple question would have solved that. The only thing good about Julie company is Ashley who works for her. They first said they would go through their insurance to replace our glass shower after scratching them then emailed back with excuses not to replace them. Her lack of customer service skills is unacceptable in her line of work. When COVID started, we asked to take a break due to my wife being pregnant and our newborn. She then proceeds to tell us that we are the only customer of hers that is canceling (I doubt it), questioning why we are canceling for that reason. We gave them many chances to correct multiple problems. I am not one to write reviews but I am taking the time out of my day to shed light on the truth regarding this company. If anyone has more questions or wants details on my reasoning not to hire this company and go with another, please feel free to comment and I will give more details.

This is my first time I have ever hired a cleaning service. I feel like I have gone to heaven. My house is shining, glowing, clean,and has never smelled so good! The cleaning crew was very professional, hard working, honest, kind, and personable. They are detail oriented and cleaned every nook and cranny. I highly recommend them to everyone. I can't wait until they come back and clean for me again. They use superior top notch echo friendly cleaning products which I appreciated by very much.

Working in the natural healing world, I have been looking for a cleaning company that uses only chemical-free, flagrance-free products. And I found this company! I was very impressed by their crew. The two women who came was very nice, professional and efficient. They did a thorough job! My office was very clean and smelled great! Patients were impressed by the quality of the cleaning and especially how the office smells. I recommend them if you want to avoid chemical products in your house or office!
