Olympia Pools is a great company very knowledgeable about fixing our equipment James. The service tech was a great help in getting our pump up and running.

We are new customers with Olympia Pools and today we had our 1st pool care visit. We could not be more pleased! Randall was the service representative and he was pleasant, polite, friendly and very knowledgeable! He brushed the pool walls, vacuumed the pool (they only vacuum when necessary), balanced the chemicals, and backwashed the pool. We wanted the pool looking good for the birthday party for the granddaughter of one of our close friends this Saturday. The pool looks great! Thank you Olympia Pools and Randall! Olympia Pools is the first and only pool maintenance company I have been pleased with since I built my pool in 2015. I tried 3 others which were all the same. I never knew who or if anyone would come on my scheduled day. Olympia has proven to be reliable, honest and caring about my satisfaction with their service. My weekly maintenance person, Jose, has been the only one assigned to me since I started service with Olympia. Randall, his supervisor, is always immediately responsive to any concern I have and resolved it. I know my pool is in good hands and trust Olympia Pools.

We decided to buy a used spa and after a lot of research knew that Olympia was the place! They offer a year warranty and refurbish so much of the hot tub! I like how they give you a bottom line price that includes a cover and delivery, so everything is very transparent. Great people to work with from sales to delivery!!

My wife and I visited the showroom and met Randy. He answered all of our questions and we purchased a hot tub. Meanwhile, we had a covered patio built and Randy provided excellent support to ensure that the foundation and electric circuit were correct.
