Ian Baker services my pool for Olympia Pools. He is regular and punctual. He is very good at his work and communicates effectively. He detects problems if any and informs me in a timely manner. I am very pleased with Olympia pools service.

We did our homework and research on hot tub/spas and decided on the Sundance Brand...having a friend and family member who are very pleased with theirs. Olympia Pool and Spa was recommended by a satisfied customer. We met with Randy and made our purchase. Randy was great, very knowledgable and a pleasure to do business with ! Olympia has been great to work with. The team there is very responsive and helpful. Ian always keeps me updated on my little spa and even though I’m sure I am a small service account for them they never make me feel that way. I highly recommend them.

Excellent knowledge and showroom. Have not bought yet and was impressed by Randy the salesman. Do call ahead to make sure you will be able to see the showroom due the need to have one customer at a time for social distancing.

We’ve been using Olympia for a couple years now after going through a couple other Houston companies to provide pool water testing and maintenance services. They’ve resolved all the issues that were being created by other providers and it was really Ian who got it all sorted out. Not one issue in over a year now once he solved the issues. And he has even helped us solve a rust problem as well. Not only did other companies screw up our water chemical levels but they frequently didn’t check certain filter baskets, and stole our skimmer. Ian and Olympia have been awesome.

They do a good job on repairs and keep their appointments. James worked on my filter recently and he was professional and did excellent work. They aren’t cheap but they do the work properly and on time. The office is good to deal with also.

Randy accommodated us late in the afternoon before closing, so we could look at a few floor models on closeout. Knowledgeable about the specs and efficient in getting it delivered and set up. This is our second hot tub from Olympia and have never been disappointed.

Ryan went above and beyond! When the cartridge filter we ordered on line was damaged he called his company and picked one up the next day (on a Saturday) and installed it first thing in the morning. He then informed us of all the chemicals we needed and helped us put the correct amount in the pool and brushed it down for us. Thank you Ryan!

We recently bought our home with a pool in the back yard, but the pervious owners had not maintained it well. Called Olympia to come do an inspection and Tony came out. He was professional and explained everything in great detail. We were worried the pool would need to be completely re-plastered, but Tony was able to get it repaired and it looks brand new again at a fraction of the cost to re-plaster! Highly recommend!

Randy Shirley was very helpful and proactive with much-needed filter repairs. More importantly, although we thought I might also need a pump replacement due to excessive motor noise, the filter repair actually resolved the pump motor noise, so Randy was flexible in helping me cancel out the pump order. I appreciate the flexibility and right-sizing of the services.
