Sale Rep, Randy, was very knowledgeable and help me tremendously on picking the right hot tub that was within my budget and lifestyle. He helped me with every step. The installation technician, Jason, was also very experienced and helpful. Install was on schedule, fast, and easy. I would highly recommend Olympia Pools and Spas.

I’ve worked with Randy for many years on maintaining and replacing my pool equipment. He is responsive, answers my questions in a way that makes sense to a ‘non pool expert’ and provides up front costs and options. If I need something that is better served from one of the other groups – – e.g. construction or chemistry related – he gets me in touch with the right person. Thanks to Randy for his strong customer focus!

I purchased a Sundance spa in December, and though it wasn’t scheduled to be delivered until June (bummer!), the delay gave us time to prepare its new home on our patio, and now that it’s here…wow, was it worth the wait!

Angela helped us from the beginning. She was a new employee at the time, but she already knew her stuff (or was quickly able to get answers for things she didn’t know offhand). She worked with us, went to bat for us, and got us a great deal on the spa of my dreams, complete with a few little extras that made the deal even sweeter. (I had a “starter spa” before this, so the Sundance was quite an upgrade.)

Angela helped us throughout the process, letting us know the preparation that needed to be done, helping us with everything from the electric (she pointed us to the guy that they usually use, Sean, and he took care of some extra wiring that our patio needed with ease and competence) to the site inspection before delivery. She was amazing from beginning to end!

The technician who came out to install the spa and guide me through its use, Jason, was also a pro. He was patient and competent, setting up the spa in blistering heat without complaint, letting me take pictures of the “technical stuff” along the way, and explaining what I needed to know as the owner of a more “advanced” spa than my older one had been. He came out the next day to install the cover lifter (WOW—an add-on that improved the spa experience a hundredfold—can’t recommend it enough!) and was equally professional then.

This was a major purchase for me and I shopped around before visiting Olympia. It was the enthusiasm of the reviews that edged me in their direction, and lo and behold, those reviews seem to be warranted! Overall, I had a great experience and look forward to using my new spa for years to come.

I called Olympia to schedule a drain, clean and restart of our standalone Beachcomber hot tub. The scheduling process was very smooth. Jason was the tech that came to service the hot tub.

It was hot and regardless, Jason was pleasant, informative and so very thorough in his work! A man that takes great pride in his work.

Everything turned out pristine and we couldn’t be happier. Will stay on their schedule for maintenance.

The Pool plastering process went smoothly from start to finish, with no issues or complaints whatsoever. your team was not only highly professional and organized, but also very approachable. Every time I stepped out to observe the work or take pictures I was greeted with a friendly smile and positive energy. They answered all my questions, no matter how small and never made me feel like any of them were unimportant what really stood out was how clean and tidy they left the entire area once the job was complete. That level of care speaks volumes. The finish pool looks absolutely amazing and it’s clear that your crew takes real pride in their work. Please extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone involved. I had a great experience with Olympia Pool after 2 previous contractors failed to find the real issue that was causing major repairs needs. Tony spent a lot of time examining all the elements of the pool and possible problems. Once the issue was identified he provided a plan to make all the necessary repairs and the work was completed very quickly. The quality of the work is excellent and I couldn’t be more pleased with the end results! Highly recommended ⭐️

My pool constructor recommended this company for maintenance and repair work to my pool. I read their reviews and they were good and decided to call them. My own experience was rather the opposite of many reviewers. I expected a professional performance but I experienced a rather careless approach. I should have suspected it when they asked me for my credit card before their visit.
I expected a thorough evaluation of my equipment, the pool heater ($160) and the rest of the equipment (an extra $80). I was told that the heater needed a part which should be ordered and replaced at a later time. However, the heaters operation could not be checked because the turn on/off switch was stuck and needed replacement. By the way, the heater was installed with the pool 5 years earlier but was never used at all! The rest of the equipment "appeared" to work fine, but no particular check was performed. In addition, the technician did not seem to be knowledgeable with some features of my pool system, i.e., the solar recirculation system and the Zodiac Duo Clear System, which he did not evaluate.
After the technician left, I tried to turn on the heater myself and to my surprise it was turned on, i.e. the switch was not defective. After a few days I received a response from the company that the part was available and that I could be charged an extra $160 plus the cost of the part to replace it. I complained to the office about this practice but I was dismissed. And then I became suspicious that maybe the stuck switch was a pretext for the second visit and the extra charge.
I ordered the part from Amazon at half the cost of this business and decided that I do not wish to do any more business with this establishment. I do not recommend this company for your pool service because I do not trust their honesty and thoroughness in their work.

I've been using Olympia to service my pool for several years, and they've consistently exceeded my expectations. Their staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive.

Randy has always communicated well with me—he's quick to answer my questions and address any concerns I have. Jose comes by every week right on time to clean the pool thoroughly and often shares helpful tips on how to keep the pool running efficiently. James has expertly handled equipment repairs over the years and is always professional and reliable.

I highly recommend Olympia to anyone in need of quality pool servicing.

Our waterfall stopped working. We called Olympia pools. They came out and fixed it and I’m one happy customer. James took such great care of us! Very friendly and professional.

Every time I have issues with my hot tub or just simply need to know something about hot tub care, I always call Randy Shirley at Olympia Pools and Spas! Randy knows his business and is one of the nicest and most professional people in the business! I would recommend him 100 times over anyone! Take my advice y’all give Randy Shirley a call.
