Our healthcare facility began using Vangard during the pandemic. The service was excellent. The communication and follow up was top notch. I would recommend Vangard to anyone looking for an excellent cleaning service.

Vanguard has been cleaning our showroom since we've opened in the Summer of 2015. Lugard, the gentleman that comes out to clean, is extremely professional and does a fantastic job. Anytime I need something extra addressed, I leave him a note and he's on top of it. I couldn't be happier with him. Tripti, the Operations Manager, is very responsive and pleasant to deal with. If I need something, I ask Tripti and it's as good as done. Overall, Vanguard is a very professional company and I've had nothing but great experiences with them. I highly recommend them.

I am in charge of selecting the cleaning service for my company's Houston office and we've used Vanguard for several years now. I've always been satisfied with their service and pricing, I would recommend giving them a try.

HTPD has been using Vanguard Cleaning for about 3 years now. I love that if I need something I can email or call and it is taken care of quickly. Their cleaning people are very polite and trustworthy as well.

I opened up a new facility and was in dire need of a cleaning company. I found Vanguard after some research and reached out. Tommy L (field sale director) was super responsive. We immediately set up a quote meeting. Shortly after, I decided this was who I was going to go with. Jay and Monty came out and did another walk through so I could show exactly what I wanted. Monty performed my deep clean shortly after and he was incredible. It was like being in a completely different building, so fresh, so clean. I am so happy we were able to get him. Vanguard does not return your calls or emails. They bill you monthly and yet the service is not done every week, nor they will credit you back for the week/month they do not service your location. That is the experience I had with this company. I pay the bills for the company I work for, that is the relationship I had with your company, Vanguard's accounting department does not return calls/emails. 0 stars if I could.

Vanguard has handled our cleaning services for almost three years. Until Vanguard took over, it was just a routine service. Now, our offices are sooooooooo clean compared to before. I can't believe we accepted the previous services. For at least two days after our services each week, we still smell the "cleanliness" of our services. Amazing!!!

Irma and her team do an AMAZING job cleaning our office, they are punctual and respectful with the items you may have in your office. She will leave me a note if she saw something out of the normal and will follow up with a call. Vanguard is definitely the company you want to trust for your cleaning services.

Melissa (Account Representative) was great to work with. She was very familiar with her product & service and therefore able to answer questions right away. Alex, the technician, was also very professional and thorough. He pointed out critical areas I had not considered which also required disinfecting treatment. I will use Vanguard Cleaning Services in the future and would recommend them to other businesses.

We have four locations serviced by Vanguard, since the cleaning has been managed by Jose and Melissa the service has been excellent. The quick response is especially appreciated since we will occasionally have to shut down due to a positive Covid case and are unable to reopen until the facilities are disinfected. When we moved from Houston to Richmond, we rapidly went through two disappointing janitorial experiences. However, the third time was a charm and Vanguard and their assigned representative, Lugard, have changed all that, providing us with TEN years of excellent service. Lugard is faithful, humble, honest, and refreshing to work with. We consider him a friend and highly recommend him to you. We will miss him, because if we had a choice where we are moving, we would choose Lugard.

We have used Vanguard for over a year and have been extremely pleased with the quality of the service. One of the things I like best is that I have a book that my cleaning crew and I can use to communicate changes or requests or updates on that is beyond useful. Not only do I know "who" my cleaner was --- they let me know if we are short on supplies or if there was a problem. This is a great company to work with who really puts my needs first!

We had issues at first with Vanguard but Melissa Silva and Priscilla Pineda listened to our concerns, expectations and needs and was able to get things back on track. We have excellent service now. Our crew does an awesome job! They are very thorough and I truly feel like they clean like they are cleaning their own house. I would highly recommend Vanguard!

I am with a company called Rilco Manufacturing and I wanted to give a review on Vanguard Cleaning Systems. We have had the best experience with Vanguard, they are always attentive with our needs. They are five stars all the way with their communication skills and services. Carlos and his crew are the absolute best! Carlos will always go above and be beyond to make sure we are satisfied. Request Carlos as he really does care about the clients needs. I 100% recommend Vanguard to anyone that is look for high quality and very consistent services with fantastic people that actually care about the clients needs.

We've been using Vanguard services at our office for a little over two years and we are extremely pleased with their attention to detail! 7/20/2020: i am happy to say we are STILL using Vanguard for our cleaning services and we couldn't be more pleased with them! The cleaning crew they've assigned to my company is TOP OF THE LINE in my opinion and they do a fantastic job! When i think back to other companies we've had for cleaning our office, all i can say is THANK YOU Vanguard for coming our way and showing us that we weren't just a "number", we were treated with a PERSONAL TOUCH and an overall concern for making sure we were satisfied with the services provided!
