Vanguard cleaning has been wonderful! We hired them after a not so good company and they have made a huge difference. We get less complaints from our employees and when an issue does arise they come back out to correct the issue. They have a great staff, from Regional director, our field consultant- Jose all the way to the cleaning crew managed by Rafael. Great people!

My company hired Vanguard Cleaning Systems 4 moths ago and have received top of the line cleaning from their crews at all 3 of our locations as well as consistent communication and inspections from their management team. With our previous contracts, we didn't notice anything being done besides emptying our trashcans, but there is a visible cleanliness to the offices now that we switched to Vanguard.

We have 24/7 crews with constant foot traffic in our offices day and night, and still have a fresh smelling office and remarkably clean floors.

I called with a short notice because I had some corporate folks coming into town, and Jarvis was able to secure a crew at short notice to come clean the carpet. They did very good job. Even middle of the work they did whatever I wanted, and they also cleaned extra places on which we hadn’ agreed just because we asked.

don’t set up services before they no where you are located because they will cancel and leave you in a bind even if you offer to pay extra to cover the cost of their gas!! That’s a bad way to do business and to treat customers!!

Great cleaning, and Pacita was very friendly. There was some confusion between her and the company and myself about how much they quoted me, and how much she thought she was going to be paid. Fix that miscommunication and then it’d be five stars!

I hired them to clean our bathrooms and man, were we pleased! They cleaned them better than I ever could. Smells great! I think they use green and environment-friendly cleaning materials so we will hire them again.
