Not dependable, quoted me three hours for a job that relatives of mine who are cleaners said would usually take them two. Then the job wasn’t completed on time and they tried to bill me extra hours to finish it.

These guys are AMAZING. Affordable pricing and friendly services AND pricing. I am a single young business pro and don't have the time to keep my place as clean as I would like. These guys take care of it ALL. From dusting my fake plants and ceiling fans to LITERALLY making a bow on my toilet paper. I know that MIGHT sound stupid but what I see is that they go the extra mile. Customer service it turns out is not lost to everyone. Thank you so much for all that you guys do. You're the BEST!!!!!!!!

This is a wonderful service. Selena was super kind and very professional. She did a deep clean in the kitchen and did a wonderful job. She finished early and made sure to reach out to see what else could be worked on.

Our Maidpro maid did a wonderful job. We’ve used maidpro for a few months now and by and large they have done a great job. Our recent cleans have been perfect and well worth the money.

We have been with Maid Pro for quite some time (8+ years I believe). We have a two-story but downstairs is where the bulk of the work is done. In the past year, the service just was going downhill. I stayed with them because it wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t like they had been when we first started. That all changed on Friday, June 17th. Alma cleaned our house for the first time and all I can say is WOW!! She actually completed all the items on the list that we have had in place since day 1 and then some! I met her right as I was walking out the door with my granddaughter and she was very pleasant and cordial. She was all alone so I was a bit nervous on how my house would look. When we came home, it was so obvious the cleaning she did and just picking up minor things. Alma, THANK YOU for what you did!! I have called and requested that she be our cleaner from now on!! <3 <3

I have Maidpro come every 2 weeks. I love how nice and tidy they make everything and most of all how they make my bed. Usually it’s a team of 3-4 people.

This week there was a mix up in scheduling and Misty came to work on the house by herself. (I requested to move days to give me time to declutter before they arrive). She did a fantastic job. She worked quickly and efficiently and I really appreciate her time and thoroughness.

I have been using Maid Pro for about 18 months now. We have a complicated home, it is 5 stories and most girls want to run when they see it. Maid Pro has been very professional, efficient, hard working and aim to please. More particularly I have been lucky enough to have the same two girls for about a year now, Daniela & Angelica, and they make an awesome team. I have only had to tell them anything once, they have great and happy attitudes, work extremely hard and are very honest. I have been traveling a lot lately, haven't even seen them in about 5 weeks, but can count on when I return home, the house is perfect, smells fresh and clean and all the kitty fur has vanished. My husband really appreciates their work and really likes both of them too. 5 stars all the way

OMG! We have tried other maid services, and they all pale in comparison to MaidPro. They did a beautiful job of deep cleaning my house top to bottom. I highly recommend them!

Wonderful job on my condo. Worth every penny for the good cleaning job. Very flexible if I have to leave town. I've had a maid for years. She had to return to Mexico. I didn't think I would be happy with a maid service, but Maid Pro is exceptional. I would highly recommend them.

Amazing service

I wish I had known about this company a long time ago. After seeing the results these guys get from what they say is the "usual and standard" cleaning I wonder if I really needed to change my carpets. I own several rent properties and tenants do not always take care of the carpets the way they should. Great job.

Team City Wide is remarkable. They’ve been doing facade and windows cleaning for one of my managed facilities in Houston for the past 3 years. They are very professional and organized.
