For the past 2+ years, Pacita and the crew come out to clean my home every month, and I'm always pleased with their service. They are reliable, speedy, and their work is top-notch. Plus, can't beat the price! I highly recommend them.

Maid service Houston needs to know about. Keep It Green Maids just left my house sparkling clean. The maids they sent were so friendly and courteous, and they walked me through after the cleaning. I was looking for a new maid service after trying a number of cleaning services in Houston. I've definitely found my new maid service in Keep It Green Maids.

Very disappointed. The workers were pleasant and seemed professional, but this is an extremely steep price for less-than-average results. When we asked what product they would use to clean the porcelain tile, they said, "water"--the perfect answer for natural stone, but not for dirty porcelain tile. Owner was not familiar with wood-plank tiles, and wanted to use a wood cleaner for the tile (although the bottle specifically said to use ONLY on wood). We would not recommend this service and will not be using this service again. One reliable individual housecleaner has done a better job for us in the past at 1/3 the cost.

Wonderful service. I have a wife that is sensitive to regular cleaning products. She had absolutely no issues at all. I also have 2 great pryienees dogs that shed all the time. They stayed beyond the allotted time and didn't charge extra. They are so good i'm using them in my business as well.

Their maid service really is the best in Houston. I was sick one day and left work early on a day that I was regularly scheduled for a house cleaning, but forgot to call Keep It Green Maids. Their maids arrived and noticed that I was sleeping, and were courteous enough not to bother me by cleaning. They left and sent me an email saying that they noticed I was sleeping so they left. It is small things like this maid service fantastic!

Keep It Green Maids has done a wonderful job with our home. We have a large house and they have been able to do a thorough and efficient cleaning every time. For reference, we have Pacita come every other week and it seems to be perfect. Pacita and her team are extremely responsive and reliable. We have tried other services, but have not looked elsewhere after finding Pacita.

I have been using Keep It Green Maids for almost 4 years, and have been nothing but pleased with the owner and her entire cleaning team! They are great about confirming appointments and informed if any changes need to be made (usually based on traffic or weather issues). Special cleaning needs, on occasion, are always accommodated. I love that the owner drives to every cleaning and supervised while her team is busy at my home. Keep It Green Maids is a life-saver to me, and my entire family!!!

I just moved recently here in Houston and needed some hand to get settled in my new house. Called their service and I am so impressed with how they made my new house a home. The whole house is sparkling clean and smelling so good. Loved the most, how my house smells like lemon grass. They are using eco friendly cleaning products, highly recommended to anyone who’s got pets and kids at home.

I just had my apartment cleaned today by Keep It Green Maid Service and was surprised at how immaculate my apartment looked coming home! I am "on the surface" kind of cleaner, so never thought my apartment was THAT dirty until seeing the difference today. The attention to detail in their cleaning has not gone unnoticed. I was not expecting to have my oven cleaned, it wasn't a request of mine at all, I know some services charge extra for that, but Keep It Green Maid Service did it without asking. Not only that nice surprise, I noticed they went as far to dust and wipe down my glassware/glass coasters on my bar cart and unclog my bathroom sink and shower. With a pet at home, I love that they used only pet friendly cleaners so I didn't have to worry about my cat being curious around their products used. I HIGHLY recommend Keep It Green Maids for your home cleaning and I am already thinking about the next time I am going to call for their service!

Worst service ever. The 'deep clean' was barely a light dusting—bathrooms and kitchen floors were still dirty when they finished. Kitchen counter tops untouched. To make matters worse, I specifically requested a different crew for the second time cleaning but the company sent the same people anyway which arrived at 4:50 PM! Unprofessional and a waste of money.

Not dependable or honest. Completely screwed us over.
