So at first, the 20lb / $20 minimum for a bag of laundry was a bit daunting but just over 24hrs later it was ready to be picked up. They'd separated whites from darks, delicates from blended fabrics and folded everything. Money well spent.

I had the worst experience ever. We Had a wedding to attend to, when I dropped off all my clothes I specifically asked if they will be open on Saturday, which they say YES, saturdays we are always open. Guess what, when I went to pick up my clothes they were closed. I kept going back and forth since i live accross the street and kept calling with no luck (they never opened). I had to spend 358.00 in a suit for my friend's wedding. I asked about it on Monday after the wedding and their reply was, oh Im sorry there was no parking available so the manager decided not to OPEN!!!!! I live in Lake Eola neighborhood and it does not matter how busy it is or street closures there is always a way. BTW one of the streets was closed until 11:00 after that traffic flow was normal. Many other incidents with this company ! I wish ZERO STAR would've been an option in this review. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!!

Worst dry cleaners in all of Orlando! Charged us over 200 dollars for items then lost and all of a sudden was redound 9 months later and wanted us to repay for them! Unprofessional as they come! If you don’t care for your clothing or want to be treated unfair this is the place for you! The owners should be ashamed of the staff they all to work here

The worst. I don’t know who left all those reviews, must be their family and friends. They lost one of my dry cleaning items and for almost 2 months they were giving me new story on where is my item; oh, good news, we found it ! Oh, we lost it again. It’s on the way to our location. Oh, we were merging and it got lost again. And etc. I had a lost item receipt from them, given to me when we counted items at the pick up. Then they ran out of the excuses to tell me and told me I had the item all this time, and there is nothing they can do about it. They even asked me to provide a receipt on how many items I picked up the day I realized the items was lost, to prove item was lost. Despite that I had a lost item receipt from them. Funny thing is - they don’t provide a receipt on how many items you picked up! So, I asked them, how would I provide something you don’t offer? They said: when you pick up dry cleaning, on each badge of clothing a small receipt is attached. Ok, I said, but that receipt only showing count of items for that badge 1-3 items. It doesn’t say I am picking up 15 items. It says 1-3 items , another 1- 3 items. If I was missing an item and I would not have a receipt to show you on something I did not get. How is that even make any sense? You don’t provide a receipt for entire count of picked up items, plus , I have a lost item receipt, plus, I counted items with you and there was one less of the items and you gave me a lost item receipt, plus , you have been calling be with those stories on how you found my items, then lost and so forth. We called the number they gave me for “ the boss “ no one ever called us back. Instead, some lady called me and did not even want to listen to me, said : let me know when you done talking. After a min there was a silence. I said hello ? Hello ? I guess she just put me on mute and did not listen all. She came back to tell me - yeah, listen, it is what it is - your item was never lost!

I have been coming here for the past 2 years. They recently merged with several others dry cleaners companies. During the merg they lost my clothes for a week then told me they found my clothes. When I came to pick them up they literally gave me my clothes back the way I dropped with off. Very unprofessional! I called the owner and they didn't seem to care. The staff Carol and John are great! That's the only positive about coming here.

Me and my friend came here to do our laundry and we expected it to be done in 2 days, it was not done. We had a flight to Chicago and they offered to ship it to Chicago at no extra charge because they were running late and so they did, but they only shipped half of the clothes and super late. Half all my clothes ended up in Chicago when I was already not there. The lady then insisted that they had spent so much money just to ship my clothes. Let me tell you something, lady, I spent $600 doing laundry at this nasty place. It doesn’t matter if I spend $0.10 or $600, a customer is a customer and they clearly don’t deserve any.

My favorite cleaners. Great discounts for police/fire/military! I need to get my uniforms pressed frequently, they always take care to get the creases perfect! They do an awesome job and will rush orders for events if you need it. Also, probably the most affordable rates and the fastest turnovers of any cleaner I've tried; for downtown they don't come very cheap. And they're very friendly! After only having been there twice they remembered me and already knew me by name. They're the best!

Here is my experience with Best Dry Cleaners Orlando. I arrived and the lady receiving the clothe was friendly and informative, not much going on there. 2 days later i received my clothe and every single item of the 17 i sent for dry cleaning came back wrinkly, and not just a few wrinkles, it was every where. I called, the store and they did offer to re-do it but i was to upset to go back and have them do it again and waste more of my time . I ended up going somewhere else where they did a fantastic job the first time. will definitely NOT be going back to this place. recommendation is that there are better places that do it cheaper.

If I could give lower than 1, I would. I had the worst customer service experience in my life at this location. I have been going to this cleaners for years with no issues. This cleaners ruined an expensive formal bridesmaid dress that I dropped off to be cleaned. They offered to re-clean the dress, did not provide me with an update as to whether the dress was ready and when I returned to pick up the dress it was still ruined and looked as if they had not tried to reclean the dress. The dress had a white film covering the entire dress and they could not provide an explanation as to what happened. The manager argued with me, claiming incorrectly that I had dropped off the dress in that condition. His own employee confirmed that I had not. He tried, unsuccessfully, to not reimburse me. I have never been in a situation in which the business has not tried to work with the customer to rectify the situation. He pointed his finger at me all while claiming he did not know why my dress had this film on it. I would never recommend any friend to this company and would encourage others reading this review to take your clothes somewhere else. If the cleaners makes an error, don’t expect to be treated fairly or be reimbursed.

Best Cleaners gave me the BEST customer service I have ever had. I had an issue with a dress that needed to be cleaned VERY last minute, Not only did they tell me to bring the dress in when I was already turned down by another cleaning company, but they had my dress looking like I just bought it within hours AND dropped it off at my apt! Since I needed the dress for an event and they were not able to tell me exactly how it would come out, they instead gave me updates every 2 hours! They were extremely professional, and truly catered to my issue. Customer service is extremely important to me and I can say that Best Cleaners definitely has a customer for life.

We have just moved to the area and it was very convenient to walk across the street. I met Olga my first time and she was very sweet and professional, made me feel welcome and at home. She also let me know that they were going to have a new service that was 24/7 which is awesome for my schedule! The service is excellent and they dry cleaning itself is very well done. Haven’t had any complaints yet. Keep up the great work!!

We recently moved to Orlando from the DC area and are renting an apartment in the next door building. We were happy to find a cleaner so close by and used it for the first time this week. The clerk was friendly and helpful in getting us set up for off hours pick up using a locker system. They also offer delivery to your door. Really great idea. Our first dry cleaning order was done on time and well done. Emmett

I started using this place several months ago. No issues. I drop off my sheets that I use for my clients as I have a massage therapy business. They wash and fold. I pick up. No issues.
But then last week when I picked up my sheets, every single one of my sheets was extremely wrinkled.
When I took them back to have them rewashed and folded and to take the wrinkles out, I was met with "this is only wash and fold, its extra to press the sheets" and "go buy a steamer and do it yourself".
I wasn't asking for a freebie nor my money back, I was asking to have them rewashed and folded and wrinkle free as they have been doing for several months now.
I will never use them again nor will I recommend them to anyone.
The right thing to do was to have helped me figure out a solution.

Everything was perfect, courteous, and professional. starting with the phone call and ending with the technicians' findings.
