I called ahead to see if they could do a wash/dry/fold service and have it done tomorrow because I was going out of town the day after. They said yes. I paid to Uber to the location, then at the location they told me they could not do this. Very frustrating and bad communication for a business.

I sent a down comforter to be dry cleaned and they laundered it. It was ruined and they delivered it back to me damp and with hard clumps and no explanation or apology. I will not use them again.
