Great Service, and even happier with the Pebble Refinish on the pool! The whole team from install to maintenance is top notch and my go to!

Absolutely awful pool management coupled with poor guards (Cypresswood neighborhood in Spring TX).
A few highlights:
- Isaac told me that his SUPERVISOR KIM poured Muriatic Acid in the pool and why my kids shouldn’t go in the deep end. At the time there were at least 10 patrons in the pool.
I was a manager for a pool management firm and even without that experience, a simple google AI search will yield several sources from professionals explaining NOT to do that while patrons are in the pool.
Violet then told me that the chlorine was off and the reason for doing it. They should have taken their chemical readings the night before and addressed before leaving.
- Never seen the guards check the Ph levels.
- Frequently claiming closure due to weather.
Latest occurrence there was no lightning or thunder in over 25mi radius (screenshot attached) yet Isaac told me he used the weather bug app and there was lightning detected within 10miles. I used the same app at the same time and showed that there was not anything within 27.5mi in the last 30min.
When I asked to see his app, he refused to show.
I had a call with a supervisor named Kim who said she heard thunder and lives a block away. lightning causes thunder, if there’s no lightning, there’s no thunder. Day was sunny and no rain, thunder or lightning.
After speaking with the Sweetwater main office which Kim lied and said was closed, they opened the pool and said the “weather” closure had ended.
- selective rule application, Violet likes being on her phone more than she likes working and after she had to work decided to apply rules that had never been applied all summer. Maybe she just missed the previous “rule” infractions bc she was on her phone.

Terrible drivers. I was driving with my 8 month old child about to make a right turn and they came out infront me and almost crashed into me so they can make a right turn first because I was letting someone cross the street.

This company is HORRIBLE I would never recommend any management to use them. 1. They are so unprofessional 2. They overcharge and have made up charges on invoices. 3. They have a website but of course just like them is non working. If you see this company enter your property GET THEM OUT ASAP we have work that was never completed but are being charge for. This is a great example of a mediocre company.

I usually do not leave negative reviews however I will leave a review when I feel that I am being overly charged or discriminated. I have taken many clothing items to be drt cleaned at this establishment. This particular time I was charged more than a third percent more for less clothing. When I questioned why am I being charged more for less clothing and the guy looked at my history and said well all I can say is I was not "here" at the time....so they charge what they want and use a charging system? When a business shows you blatant racism believe them. I will not be back to this establishment. I thought it was Best Cleaners which has 4.6 stars its De Best Cleaners with 4 stars

Chang at De Best Cleaners is the best! They do a great job with any garment you take to them. Very friendly and timely service not to mention their prices are amazing. They even do commercial contracts such as hotels. They do service at The Moran CITYCENTRE where I work and I have successfully referred them to other hotels as well which are looking for a quality cleaner to partner with.

This service very quick, professional, organized and on time. I will definitely recommend this company if you guys want the house clean.

I hired Jobo care in 2022 for a deep cleaning in my house they did a fabulous job. Have been with them ever since. Really reliable and very professional & so good at communicating.

I was happy to hire Jopo Care for my apartment deep cleaning needs. They provides excellent service and they explain all the steps to maintain a house clean. Their products they use is safe and non toxic, no smell even though I was there while they were cleaning my apartment. I didn't smell any chemical products. I recommend people use this company.
