I have used Lopez many times for carpet cleaning and housekeeping services. What made me decide to write this review, is that I most recently used their services to have carpet cleaned for the rental home we were moving out of after living there for 8 years. The carpet looked amazing. After 8 years with a 2 1/2 year old and a mom who wasted coffee in a couple of places, I was a little concerned. But Lopez worked their magic and as a result we are receiving our sizable deposit back. The owner was also amazed at the condition of the carpet and how great of a job they did on the shampoo. I’m very pleased and will definitely continue to hire Lopez for carpet, painting and housekeeping services for my new home, if and when needed.

Was scheduled for a consultation for carpet damage. Was told between 3-4pm. 4:30 rolls by and nobody from this business has contacted me. After calling them asking if I was scheduled, they told me they’d call back. After another 15 minutes they call to say they couldn’t make it.

It is a common courtesy to let people know if you can’t make an appointment.

Guillermo and his team are the absolute best!!!! They are always professional and prompt! I couldn’t recommend anyone better. Thank you Lopez Carpet!

Lopez carpet did an exceptional job once again. I needed my tile and grout cleaned and Lopez Carpet worked their magic. My floor looks new. I can’t recommend them enough!
