Terrible terrible service!!! Lazy workers that have an excuse not to clean my pool every single week!! Left my gate open multiple times. Terrible customer service hanging up in my face when I ask why my pool wasn’t clean, refusing to send me before and after pictures of when they “serviced” my pool literally the worst most unprofessional experience ive ever had. Would give negative stars if I could. Pictures are directly after “service” and lady that answers the phone tells me that it must be something g wrong with my pool.

So far go experience. I live in the Woodlands, I received a recommendation to use Pools Pro. Initially I was worried about being so far (distance) from the main office, but so far it has not impacted the service level. Their pool maintenance team services The Woodlands area mid week and I was able to get on their schedule. The service has been reliable, the staff are bilingual and very friendly. Their prices for equipment repairs seem fair compared to repair estimates from other companies that are closer proximity. Ownership seems very responsive, honest, & genuine. Give them a try!

Not sure why all the reviews are for dry cleaning and why the website links you to a business called “peak pile carpet care” rather than “carpet cleaners of Houston,” but I would caution against booking this company. We requested rug cleaning for several rugs in the house, received a quote for <$200, booked an appointment, only for the cleaner to never show up — without any notice. We contacted the company and rescheduled; they told us the appointment would be from 12-3 pm. The cleaner finally came well past the 3 pm “end time” and only after we contacted the company again, and after he went to the wrong house. When he finally got to the house, he said that the quote we received was for carpet cleaning, not rugs even though we specified we needed rugs cleaned, and proceeded to try to get us to spend $800+ on rug cleaning for 4 rugs. We refused, he gradually went down to $300+, and asked him to leave. Don’t even bother with this unprofessional company.
