Drop off is very confusing, as nobody seems to know what is going on when you arrive at the facility and the people on the phone line were not helpful. 5 stars though for the workers in the actual yard who were very helpful though in helping me unload my items and get in and out quickly.

Wow! Israel returned my call promptly and came out the same day to give me a quote. He was very professional and personable. His price was very reasonable and he left my yard in better shape than when he got there. You won't be disappointed. Thank you!

My 3 large trees were cut and all the debris including a lot of limbs that were already cut were shredded and hauled away. The workers quickly had the work done and cleaned up. I use Arbor Tree every year on my properties and have been happy with the service. The only time I had to wait beyond the promised work date was right after Hurricane Beryl in Aug 2024 because Alex and his several crews prioritized clients with huge trees that fell on houses. I was debating whether to even have them come since Beryl did a thorough trimming with its high winds, but Arbor Tree came by and made the trees look great and safer before the next storm. I got complimented by my neighbors on that, and they've started to use Arbor, too. I plan to use Arbor Tree as long as I have property in Houston.

Met with the Supervisor to Discuss what would be trimmed. Clearly discussed what was to be trimmed. Davey IGNORED everything. Took 21 ft off instead of 10 ft (as was walked off with supervisor). Left logs in the corner of our yard, tore up our new sod, left branches across our yard. I wish I could leave no stars. WILL NEVER LET THEM IN MY YARD AGAIN.

Really helped remove deadwood from multiple trees, shaping without removing too much of the canopy. Cleaned up after themselves, courteous. Climbed trees as needed for more precise tree trimming.

These guys were hired by Centerpoint to trim trees and were really sloppy. They didn't care how they cut my trees, they just did it as fast as they could... You could tell they stated cutting a branch, changed their mind, and cut others. I will never use these idiots for my personal use. Stay away...

I want to thank arborist Matt Petty with Davey Tree for advice on how to deal with a pine tree that threatened to fall on my house. His expertise allowed us to have a very safe tree removal!

Davey Tree Surgery killed a beautiful Bradford Pear Tree that I planted myself 20 years ago. Now my tree doctor says it is dead and will have to come out. It was perfectly healthy
before. And yes, he said it was because of the way it was butchered.
