I have used them before and they did a good job on a minor repair. I have heard several good reviews about them so I called them again to service my attic unit. He drew up a diagram and asked for my email for an estimate. Its now been 3 weeks and no email. I have only called once a week checking on the status. Every time, the secretary said they would call me back but they haven't. I can only assume they dont want the work. If only they had the professionalism to communicate that with me. Can't recommend at this point

Called late Sunday nite Linda did just as always got back to me 8:00 am sharp had bc a crew out by 9:00. Could not ask for more..Crew arrived promptly and worked professionally and efficiently until we were enjoying good cool Central City air. This is the 7th AC system that Central City Air has supplied to me over the last 25 years! The systems have all performed flawlessly and I credit that to excellent designs geared specifically for the residences; careful selection of the highest quality HVAC system and very professional maintenance and service! The price may be a little higher than some of the fly by night HVAC companies - but well worth it!

I have been a long-time customer of Central City Air. A few years ago they replaced my a/c unit. I noticed that my electronic thermostat was not connecting to the unit and called them, because this caused the unit to stop cooling. They responded within two hours and replaced the thermostat,!stayed to assist me with setting it up on the phone app, and the house starting cooling right away. They are friendly, professional and highly competent.

This was the 1st time using Central City. I was happy with their service. The techs Javier and Sam were neat and on time. Kathy kept me informed on the repair parts and scheduling.

Recent furnace check up with Central City Air. They did our check up and made sure all was working well and the drains were all clear and changed out air filter. Excellent work as always. Highly recommend this company. We have been customers for over 20 years!

My unit ended up having a blown 30 amp fuse and a blown startup capacitor assembly.

Central City Air just completed the replacement of a 21 year old HVAC system that was originally installed by them and was still running fine. It was a guess as to whether it was best to replace it now when the weather is mild or take a chance and replace it when it maybe fails during the hottest months. The crew completed the work in about two days and did a great job and the installation looks like a first class properly designed system.

They have taken care of my system for over 25 years. Repairs and PM have always been quick and efficient. Now that my R22 based system has got to go. (Thanks ozone hole) They swooped in with a portable system until the new one can be installed.
