We’ve been with Central City Air for well over 20 years. They are, and have always been, honest, helpful, and professional. Every person, from the owner to each and every technician that has installed and maintained our systems have provided the best service anyone could ask for. Central City Air is a very stable and dependable company who we highly recommend.

A/C broke over the weekend. Called Central City first thing Monday morning. Linda got a crew out to my house that morning and the guys were great! Fixed my unit quickly. I’ve used Central City Air for over 20 years and am always extremely satisfied with the service I receive. I highly recommend them!

Central City Air did a great job on my air condition. It is working fine thanks to Xavier the technician. The dispatch lady Linda
scheduled me for that day that I called! Then Xavier quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Sam his assistant helped. I am totally pleased with this company and highly recommend them.

Central City Air has been my go to A/C company for years. They have install 2 new A/C units and a heater in my home that we have lived in for 33 years. Linda is scheduling is AWESOME, sweet caring and always trying her very to accommodate the customers!! They are timely on arrival, and Linda will call when the service tech(s) are on their way. Service is always great, with kind and very knowledgeable staff!!!!

Always on timw, keep you informed of what to be done or needed to be repaired. Used CCA for many years and always pleased with their work. Just had them out for heater malfunction. The technicians diagnosed the problem, corrected it and completed the work very timely.
I have recommended them to several persons who had issues with their HVAC repair companies and they exclusively use CCA now.

Excellent HVAC company. They installed our units when we built our home in the mid 1990’s. We have used them ever for anll of our HVAC needs. The office staff and technicians are all efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and excellent to work with. I highly recommend Central City Air for all your HVAC work.

Excellent service and response time. I had a problem with my AC over the weekend, and after an initial inspection, it appeared that the fan motor was bad. However, I had changed the motor a couple of years ago, which led the technician to do further testing and promptly identify that the problem was with a blockage on the TVX and not the fan motor. The technician was very knowledgeable and performed all the necessary tests to have the system back up and running as designed. I would definitely call them back again.

From the very efficient and friendly office staff to the installers and the same technician who has been doing my system checks twice a year for many years! They are an honest company!

From the owner to the installers, office staff, and technicians all are top quality people. Jose was great - friendly, professional, and efficient. He gave thorough explanations of the work he did, and I was happy with the price for the service. I will not hesitate to call Central City Air next time I need work or a check up done on my systems.

I called in a non-critical issue on a Saturday. Monday morning I received a call back and a technician was scheduled for the same day. He arrived promptly as promised and addressed the issue to my satisfaction.
