I absolutely love this HVAC team!!!! They service my home twice per year and are very thorough. If any issues arrive with my systems, they clearly communicate all of the options and do a great job!! Can't recommend enough.

Carlos is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He walked me through all the findings and what recommendations he felt needed to be done to the HVAC allowing me to negotiating with the seller. So if your in the market to buy a house and want to know if your HVAC is up to par then look no further.

Carlos and his team did a great job coming into my home and repairing an improper installation. Master bedroom was significantly warmer from the remainder of the house due to the poor design. In one day, Carlos and his team repaired the system and got it performing correctly. I can now sleep in a cool bedroom.

We thankfully found American NRG many years ago, and have had a consistent positive experience with their prompt, honest, reliable maintenance/repair service. When a repair is not possible they have communicated/explained why the older units could not be repaired in a logical and understandable manner. They then quote options for efficient and prompt replacement of the old units and got us back on line. I highly recommend this very professionally run business to take care of your HVAC needs.

I have used American NRG exclusively since I moved into my house in May 2022 at the referral of a friend. I couldn't be happier with the service and honesty of this outfit. I called them at 12pm on a Friday after my upstairs AC unit went out last September, they sent a tech over at 5:30pm so my children could sleep in their bedrooms that night - what service!

I needed attic ducts replaced and was on the fence about repairing old downstairs HVAC unit or replacing. Called and got quotes from several AC companies and American NRG really showed they knew my house and knew their stuff. American NRG had one of the owners come to my house and inspect along with his technicians to give a thorough evaluation about the pros/cons of repairing my old unit versus full replacement. The other companies sent mid-20's sales people to hard sell and get me to sign on the dotted line for work to begin tomorrow.

I've been so pleased with their knowledge and ability to keep my home comfortable I have opted for the 2x a year maintenance plan they offer. I'm not the best about maintaining my unit on my own so it's good to get AC company in the house 2x a year to be sure my unit will perform under stress of Houston climate.

I had American NRG back out last month for a very complicated job. They came out for 2 visits before the work started to assess replacing ductwork that went from 2nd story attic, through chases down to 7 first story registers (just under 50% of our first floor registers). The team was very professional and completed the job within budget and timeframe. I didn't realize how much a/c was leaking into our chases from these 50 year old ducts. The first month with the new ducts our electricity bill was $150 lower!

We are setting money aside to have American NRG complete the rest of our 50-60% of registers on the first floor before next summer.

Carlos and his team not only helped me identify my a/c problems, they were able to give me the most affordable quote and got it done in the same day. They are so willing to build a longterm relationship by being authentic and even helped me understand I was being severely overcharged by another company for a problem I didn't actually have. As long as I am in Houston, American NRG Services is my go to!

Carlos and his team took great care of my family and I when our AC suddenly stop working his team quickly responded and took great pride in their work. Mrs.Gaudy took time to make the financing process easy for us as well. Best group of people I’ve ever worked with.

We had a wine cooling system that was installed by another company that had failed. American NRG provided a full inspection of the set up and pointed out several other flaws in the room insulation and vapor barrier. Their staff was knowledgeable, honest, responsive, and provided great care to all of the existing home finishes when gutting and replacing the entire mechanical system. I will continue to utilize their services and highly recommend them.
