I just found them from a friend who highly recommended them and I'm just blow away. Bill is so friendly, professional and he knows very well what he is doing. My AC has been annually checked by another AC provider but it stopped working recently. Bill came, reassured me and fixed it quickly - he even checked all my system. Bill is my new to-go guy ! Price is also much better than other for a better job done !

The service was excellent the technician arrived 4 hours ahead of the time that was expected I was so thankful for that. He finished installing my air conditioner inside and outside in one day I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs there air condition replace to use this company again great efficient service Young man who replace my air conditioner was efficient and quick he did not stop until the job was done. We have an older system, called Dynamic, based on a friend referral. The blower motor burned up due to a wiring issue from "another issue". We called on Saturday, and they were able to come that day to determine the problem. We were scheduled for the following Monday to get it fixed. Bill replaced the blower motor and wiring, and tested/fixed the system. NO KIDDING, it hasn't sounded and run this good since I can't remember. 5 stars recommended here in Conroe.

Mr. Bill is one of the most professional workers that I've dealt with. You can't go wrong doing business with a guy like him, and his work is top notch!

Take two .. they had to come back they found a recall switch that needed to be replaced. They took care of that and this time I got a picture.

Very satisfied with the customer service and work we got from Bill, super great guy and very knowledgeable with our smart system on our home. Even when the home warranty company didn’t want to cover the repair he worked with us and got us fixed up at a reasonable price. Highly recommend

Super nice in explaining what needed to be repaired. Eugene was on time and he worked fast. My AC needed 3 things repaired and he fixed it all and got it running under a hour.

these people are crooks. They belong in jail. Charged us an ungodly amount of money, sent out a guy who's favorite line is that's not my job. Managers won't take calls. Front office refuses to let you talk to anyone with authority. The scheduling is all over the place. And after all that the problem wasn't fixed., I've had to contact my lawyer and a new company to try and get some of my money back. After thier boondoggle of a job.

Timothy showed up a minute early and went right to work. Mary at the office was very polite, responsive through email and efficient. I will definitely hire again and endorse this company to friends.

I chose Rizzo Heating and Air Conditioning by it’s good google reviews. I made the right choice. The heat was out. I called and the owner said he would be right over. I was expecting a wait since it was late. Problem was fixed. It was an easy fix and not too costly. We all slept warm that night!!

Thanks Matt for responding to our SOS and arriving at our home within an hour of the phone call. Issue remedied in less than 30 minutes as he is knowledgeable and prepared with parts on the truck. Unit under warranty minimal charge. They installed our HVAC system in 2012 and with the exception of PM services; this is 1st time we needed to call him back!
