Needed a heater control board on the weekend and they knew exactly what part I needed and sold it to me. Although not having a business account they specified no returns, refunds, or replacements it worked perfectly.

The best AC supplier within 300 miles. As long as you know what you need, they’ll hook you up at VERY low prices.
Purchased two SPNO-SPNC 6pin 24v relays, two 5uF 370v capacitors and a 230v 2.8a 1060rpm blower motor for LESS than AMAZON. These people are knowledgeable, low priced & deserve your business. Save yourself a lot of waiting and irritation and buy local, from Transtar AC Supply.

Blower motor and/or run capacitor for my AC/Furnace died and I tried to find a place in town that would sell direct to customers--many places like Johnson supply will only sell to contractors. I called Transtar AC Supply and they told me that they can sell some parts direct to customers and, fortunately, they could sell a new motor, mount, and capacitor to me.

I spoke with Niesha who was extremely helpful and she asked that I bring in my old motor. When I arrived I handed Niesha the old motor and she knew right away what part to get, she didn't even have to look it up in a computer, etc.

I was probably in and out of the store within 10 minutes and everything together was only $113 or so! So then I went home, wired up some terminal connectors, installed the motor and now I'm back to having a cool home.

I _STRONGLY_ recommend this place as they were extremely helpful and had very reasonable prices. Next time I have another HVAC issue I will definitely be giving Transtar A/C Supply a call!!!

I would like to thank the extremely helpful and kind gentlemen at Transtar. I came in with a bag of broken parts trying to find a solution. They spent 20 minutes with me researching and trying to find a fix before recommending me to another shop in town. No end game in it for them, just good helpful people. I was able to fix my issue after following their recommendation. Thanks guys.

I totally don't get it. Everyone who knows me likes me. I'm super polite and start every conversation with a nice greeting and a smile. Why are so many of the people that I do business with questionable, at best?
So, today, I called and verified the price of a 110v generic blower motor. At $80, it was slightly more expensive than Amazon or ebay, which was fair. I was asked if I was a licensed AC guy, to which I replied, "No, that's why I've always shipped with you guys. It's never been an issue." "OK." He says- "That's ~$80 plus tax."

As soon as we walked in and started talking to the guy, and he noticed that I was repairing the AC for my Elderly neighbor, the price immediately goes up to $ 140+$60 for the super cheap mounting band.
I get the distinct impression I was involuntarily enrolled in the Gringo pricing program. This is happening everywhere, even O'reilly auto parts. I think it's time to start a hidden camera sting operation. I feel like most people will not believe it until they see it.
