Ricky Romero is the most honest AC repair man I have met in my 33 plus years of home ownership! The previous service men sold me equipment I didn't need. They would not return to fix or repair the HVAC problem.
Post COVID you have several dishonest and money hungry HVAC companies operating in the Houston area. They send inexperienced workers to your home unwilling to come back to check that the job was correctly performed. I called out four, three of which are well known companies in the Houston area before God sent Ricky. The other companies fleeced a lot of money from me. I entrust them to God.

Thank you Ricky for restoring my faith that there are still honest HVAC workers and companies in the Houston area!☺️

Lastly, please pay very close attention to what company you allow in your home and the level of workers experience, particularly replacing ducts and installing air purification systems. This was a very difficult journey in correcting the problem. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

Great experience - professional competent and explained all I needed to know

High Performance installed and maintains our a/c and heating system. Orlin and Eli are 2 technicians we have dealt with. They are knowledgeable, friendly, take their time to do it right, and don’t leave a mess. Appreciate that we don’t feel like we have to follow them around to make sure they do what they are supposed to do.

High Performance continues to live up to their name. Last night at 5pm I noticed my AC was not working properly, the inside was warmer than outside… hard to do in May. I called High Performance and they dispatched their crew, my home was back to a comfortable temperature by 8pm.

I had a my whole system replaced, as well as all new duct work. The process was seamless from start to finish. They called to let me know when the crew would be arriving, made sure to protect my floors, and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Their communication was great from start to finish. I had a little trouble working the new thermostat at first ,but they had me all straightened out with one phone call. I would recommend High Performance Home Systems to anyone needing these services.
