He made an appointment with me and never showed. When I called back he gave me a lame excuse as to why he didn't show.

Whats the point of scheduling customers? No call , no show. And couldn’t even return my call. If your a/c is broken, call around. Thanks for wasting my time.

They are very professional, and a great job.

They accept credit cards and offer financing through Wells Fargo, but do offer a discount if you pay cash/check. They have a portable AC you can use for free if their not able to start or finish the install in a day.
1. My existing duct work was not put back properly causing problems in my air balance, leaving some rooms hot and some cold.
2. The American Standard (brand I was pushed to buy) unit outside is much too loud!
3. The ducts leak air where they re-attached them to the new unit in the attic. They said "that's normal".
4. Great attentiveness before the check was written. Difficult time getting a call back after.
5. Great aggressiveness when they needed to get paid.

I've used Professional Air Systems since I purchased my current home. Initially they updated/expanded some ductwork for me. Since then they have been excellent about coming out when I had an issue with a capacitor (they prevented a fire in my attic!) and thorough routine service. At just after 7 AM on Monday, I was calling my area tech because my unit was making a horrible racket. He was here by mid-morning, trying various fixes, but the bottom line was my 14-year-old system was about to die. The most cost-effective thing was to replace it. Jesse called John (the head dude!) and they had options and prices for me within an hour. I asked them to do it quick, and they said "how about tomorrow morning?" Good choice on my part as the compressor died during the night and it was starting to get hot! The team were here by 8:45 on Tuesday, and by just after 11 AM, I had a new 4-ton 16-seer system. And it is SO quiet. Getting a quality American Standard unit installed in under 24 hours in the heat of August in Texas is all anyone could ask. I highly recommend this company.
