Had my first maintenance check on our new house this morning. They did a great job and caught a problem to improve the air flow in one of the rooms. Javier from J Air Mechanic quickly diagnosed and explained the problem. I have much more confidence in this company than in the other two I have used. Technician was here to solve the problem and not to sell me something else. Great job. I am recommending them to my neighbor.

Second time using J' Air Mechanic and the same outstanding results. Hired them last year to replace our home's entire AC system and move the outside condenser unit to new location. Always a pleasure to work with Javier and his crew. Consistently punctual, courteous and professional. They are by no means the cheapest, but definitely the most competent and qualified. I am very sastified with their service.

So my AC went out last weekend it was so hot so I called up this AC company here reliable heating and Air. And a very nice gentleman came out named Jeff b he was so fast and so efficient it blew me away the price is very reasonable and efficient as well affordable I would recommend them to anyone in the State of Florida especially if you're in Pasco or Pinellas county Tampa area he's magnificent he's very kind very the hospital very polite and gets the job done thank you Jeff b and Mr reliable

We enrolled in their bi-annual service plan for just $99/year, which includes two complimentary tune-ups and 15% off any necessary repairs—a great value for peace of mind. Our technician, Austin, arrived right on time and was incredibly knowledgeable about our AC system and overall home airflow. He took the time to explain everything clearly in terms I could easily understand. Highly recommend their services!

After gathering quotes from several HVAC companies, I ended up selecting Mr. Reliable Heating and Air, mainly due sincerity and good communication I received from the owner. Long story short, I had a 3 ton and a 2 ton unit installed and I'm extremely impressed with their work! A new installation is definitely a big expense for any homeowner, but I would encourage you to consider giving them the opportunity above all other competition - I'm fully confident you will be very pleased with your investment! These guys went above and beyond to far exceed my expectations. You'll notice my return vent shown in one of the pictures provided on this review... that wasnt even listed on the scope of work, yet they included it for free since the existing return was restricting air flow. Well done guys!

Mr. Reliable sent Christian out when we had issues with our AC after we tried to use our home warranty and Christian was so thorough, he took pictures, he explained everything and even reserved the part we needed so we could get this taken care of asap! Edgar came through for our biannual tune up. Very personable guy. Was done in 30 minutes. Gave some good advice as well regarding the system.

Staff was so polite and professional and they wore shoe coverings inside the house, which was nice. They also returned to the house when they couldn’t get an answer at the door the first time, which saved us from needing to reschedule. Great company!

Edgar was awesome! He is qualified and is very knowledgeable so if you have any questions he’ll be able to answer it for you. The company is a great company and they hired a great man.
