My heater went out on the day that the temperature deep down to 18 degree in Houston. I got a referral from a friend to Kevin. Kevin goes out of his way to find the part and fix in the same day. His price is reasonable and now I know who to call.

Very professional and quick service! Even when our ac broke over the weekend, Kevin was there the same day and still helped out. Complete ac system and new ducts to all rooms, and new thermostat was installed. Reasonably and competitively priced also. We would recommend and would use again. 10/10 quality work and a great guy.

Called Rich's to come take a look at my HVAC system, had a feeling it would be very costly to fix with a list of issues, but Rich's quote was far below what i was worried the total would be. Walked me through each of the issues and what needed to be done, how to maintain the system myself going forward after his drain line fix / install. Kevin and his crew were awesome,one day complete Install an changed out all the hard duct work with flex and even added another register in the master bedroom for free,that was five years ago, a small issue with the heater the other day, he came an fixed for free ,again Way out of warranty,I recommend him highly

Kevin responded very quickly to my call to come and assess the situation on a Saturday. Come Monday, he and his team had installed a new a/c unit in just under 4 hours. So In about 48 hours time, we were back in commission with some fresh, cool air. The previous unit was 15 years old so we knew that a new one was likely needed. Impressive turnaround time and responsiveness! Would highly recommend their services.
