Tek-Aire and Mr. Kwan has been servicing our family home A/C units and our rental apartments and houses A/C units for the past decade. From general maintenance items to replacement of entire units, it has always been a job well done with little to no delays. Price is extremely reasonable, too. If Mr.Kwan saw anything that needs to be serviced and needs to be noticed, he always brings it up along with wide variety of recommendations and options.

Wanted to replace/upgrade an air conditioner unit and called Tek-Aire to have an evaluation and estimate for the needed work. The owner, Mr. Kwan promptly arrived at my home, where he diagnosed the issue and made recommendations for the system upgrade. I requested an estimate, and within a hour after leaving my home, I received a call from Mr. Kwan informing that he had forwarded 3 estimates via email. I was very pleased with all of the estimates and I contacted Mr. Kwan with my decision. And early the very next morning, he arrived with a crew and completed the job. So, in less than 24 hours of Mr. Kwan arriving at my home to make an assessment of the problem, I had a new upgraded air conditioner that I am very pleased with. Just this morning, I received a warranty registration document for the equipment. Needless to say, I am very pleased with the work ethic, as well as the quality of service that Tek- Aire provided me.

We are very pleased with the recent (June, 2016) repair and servicing of our air conditioning system by Tek-Aire. They were prompt, courteous and very thorough in their work. After the service, they followed up to make sure that the system was working properly. The charges were very reasonable compared to others we obtained estimates from. We found Tek-Aire to be trust worthy and recommend them highly.

I don't think that there is a better AC servicer in Houston or the state of Texas. We had them install our units years ago and we had no problems since. We use Tek-Aire for our investment property too. They are next day quick on solving heating and cooling issues and provide answers quickly when we have questions about evaporator coils and the freon.
Lastly, Mr. Kwan is straight up the best when it comes to getting everything installed properly and timely. We never have problems or have to call them again after installation.

Super thorough, and fair when it comes to pricing. Had to have a coil in my AC repaired, and it was the cheapest of the places I had called around. While repairing my coil, they diagnosed that my fan was broken and replaced that as well for a very reasonable price as well. Friendly, efficient, affordable. Would highly recommend

Recently I replace gas furnace and A/C system as my units are old. Mike and his crew came with new equipment and parts, they preformed the excellent work and completed the job promptly. the new furnace runs smoothly and quietly, I am very pleased with the service. Tek-AIre has been my home A/C & heating service for over twenty years, they have always been prompt and do excellent work. I would highly recommend Tek-AIre.

We would recommend going with Tek Aire for any HVAC needs. Mike and his Team are always on time, efficient, and will look out for what's in your best interest. They've always been prompt to talk when reaching out when there's an issue. We initially used Tek Aire to inspect and service the HVAC unit on an older home we moved into a few years ago. Most recently, we had some equipment replaced and although there was a mix-up, Mike went out of his way to make it right even at his own cost. We will use Tek Aire for all our HVAC needs.

I had 3 different A/C companies come out to diagnose my A/C problem last summer (2016). Each company told us that it was a different problem. The first said that we needed to change out our coil. The second said that our compressor needed to be replaced. Tek-Aire came out, ran a comprehensive diagnostic through my system, and pin pointed a freon leak. They fixed it properly, efficiently, and at a more than fair price. Most importantly, they saved me thousands by not BS'ing me and saved me time by doing it right the first time. 3 weeks later, I had them come install a mini split unit to the new family room we added on to the house. Super satisfied with that installation as well. Finding an A/C guy you can trust is like finding a good barber. Finding one is hard as hell, so when you find one, you never want to switch.

Our old A/C's ground unit was running all night without stopping. Called Tek-Aire for service, Mike & helper came to check out the system the very next day. They proposed the options to repair the 10 year old unit or to replace the A/C units. When the decision to replace was made on the following day, it only took them 24 hours to show up with the new Trane compressor & coil unit and the pre-fab. transition pieces. Mike Jr. and his crew installed the new units on time, they worked very professionally and were very polite. The new A/C system runs smoothly & quietly, my family members are all pleased with the outcome.

Tek-Aire was absolutely efficient and fast. They knew exactly what needed to be done and went and completed the project in half a day.

Tek-Aire helped out when a rental house I was residing needed A/C help.

Since then over the past 10 years, Tek-Aire has installed A/C in my garage and they also just completely replaced one of the HVAC zones in a house I just bought recently.

The new XR16 Trane system Tek-Aire installed is awesome, it is superior to the older system that got replaced - my home is cooler, drier and more comfortable.

So Tek-Aire has worked on 3 A/C projects for me over the past 8-10 years, with consistently great service, answering all of my questions with multiple quotes and we get the right result every time!

Found information about Mike and Tek Aire from our HOA’s Facebook page. Called Mike to check on the AC system. He came and diagnosed that the AC Evaporator needs to be replaced. This was a seven year old system and I was not sure about its warranty. Mike called the Carrier Company and found that the warranty was still in place. He got the evaporator free from Carrier and replaced it for a very reasonable price. I’m very happy with Mike and his crew who came to do the job. Mike is very knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with person. I highly recommend him and his company.

Just within 3 hours, Kwan team replaced 2 AC for my house! they have done an excellent and professional job! the price is reasonable, they carefully moved in or out for the equipment and tools for not damaging anything inside house, they cleaned the work site before they left. I'll recommend this team to all my friends for sure.

They did a great job got a new air handler put inside my house because the older one had a leak and needed to get it fixed before the summer time. They did a super job where nice to deal with and on time and gave me a good price for the work. I also got a 10 year warranty on the new air handler and labor warranty of one year.
