During one of the coldest days in January 2018, the hot air heater was constantly running but the thermostat stayed at 68 °F. We called Tek Aire for urgent assistance. The technician arrived immediately and figured out that it was because the hot air moved all the way to the second floor without heating the first floor. He helped turn the direction of the ceiling fans so that the heat could stay in the first floor. That solved the problem instantly. How amazing!
