Cristian Vega was extremely helpful today. He showed up on time, got right to work, and walked me through his reasoning for every step he took in diagnosing my A/C issue; So much so that I now (sort of) understand some of the terms! He knows what he’s doing and was very helpful today. Thanks Cristian!

I contacted the company and they were able to come by 2 hours later at 8PM on a Friday which was so last minute I'm glad they could fit me in. Cris came by right on time and was able to quickly diagnose what was wrong with my AC unit. It was a coil issue and he let me know that it might still be under warranty and I was able to find my receipt and confirm that. Great service and experience with Cris!

Christian came out and did an absolutely amazing job. Customer service was top notch. He basically touched my unit and it started working and I didn’t incur an expense at all. He explained to me that my Soft Start unit went into protection mode and even gave me a lesson on understand my soft start a bit more. He continued to do some additional thorough checks to ensure my system was running properly. Super honest individual and company. Thank you!!

Our AC stopped working back in July so we purchased a new unit from Mr Reliable for $11.5k. This new unit for some reason randomly turns off so we have to go out to our electrical box and turn a breaker from on to off to reset it, the breaker isn’t flipped whenever the AC turns off.

We’ve had multiple technicians out to check on our AC and they haven’t been able to figure out what is wrong with it. The representatives from Mr Reliable are always polite and nice to talk to, the service is quick and on time, but for the price we paid having this unresolved problem with our AC is disappointing to say the least.

Update: I was contacted by Drew whole helped me figure out the problem that was going on with our AC, turned out to be a bad breaker in our electrical panel, and get it resolved. He kept in contact with me throughout the entire process and even followed up with me after the fact to ensure my problem was fixed. Awesome customer service from an awesome company. I hopefully will not have anymore problems with my AC but if I do I will most definitely call Mr. Reliable for help. I can easily recommend this company.

I've been using Mr. Reliable now for years with zero issues. And if you're lucky to get Mr. Sergio Estrada as your technician count yourself lucky. I've had him every time in my new house and he goes beyond by checking things that are not due. He has no problem taking me into the attic or bring me to my outside system to point out the issues, instead of just showing me random pictures like technicians in the past. Always recommends quality warranted products that will save money verses high dollar name brand A/C parts. Highly recommend a service contract for savings.

Austin did a great job of identifying my heating problem and fixing it quickly. This was a hard freeze weekend and my wife is ill so we needed the heater working. I called at 9 a.m. and Austin had the heating system working by 11:30 a.m. He also Checked out the entire system to insure no future problems.

Sergio and Mario were amazing. Friendly professional and most importantly, HONEST!!! We had several companies come over to look at our troubles and Sergio was the only one who didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need. Highly recommend Mr. Reliable and there team of experts for any HVAC needs.

Mr. Reliable made our air condition issue experience easy and worth it! For 6 months and after 2 different AC companies attempting to help, our air conditioner was still consistently on the fritz. Our technician was professional, very knowledgeable and actually listened and took the time to really investigate the issue. The repair technicians who came the next day were on time, professional, friendly and respectful. We could not be happier with our experience and are confident 3rd time is a charm. Our airconditioner is actually cooling the house again. Thank you!

Sergio, the tech who came out to diagnose my problem, was super nice, spoke very frankly. He worked with me on what to do and had a crew out that afternoon. They were lovely, polite, worked quickly and left absolutely no mess. Really good experience.

We called at 11 pm and had Sergio here the next morning. Two hours later and we have heat. He was professional and knowledgeable. Did the visit end up costing more than we hoped? Of course. Did he try to sell us improvements for our system? Again, of course. They're a business and that's what properly run businesses do. If we have any issues going forward I'll update this but as of now, we're happy.

I had my semi-annual service today. Aidan was the technician who serviced my system. He was very professional and took the time to explain what he was doing, why he was doing it, and he covered the status of the entire system after he completed his service. What a pleasant experience.

Once again, they did a great job when they came in to do our semi annual check up! Mr. reliable has been great since we started using them a couple years ago! Very thorough and the technicians are very nice and friendly and knowledgeable!

Very honest and reliable company. Edgar (the tech who diagnosed my issues yesterday) and Anderson (who was the supervisor for the install today) were both very friendly, professional, and very much experts at what they do. Their friendliness was above and beyond. I trust them and will continue to call them back when needed. I highly recommend.

Edgar was a great technician! His personality and passion really shows in his work. He came and thoroughly investigated the issues I was having with my furnaces. He recorded videos and educated me. When he became curious, he wanted to take a look at the outside units and found the source of the problem. He was able to give me options on how to best take care of the issues. I’m glad I trusted the reviews on this company.

First time using this company. I purchased my condo at the end of last summer and I felt I needed an air conditioner checkup before the summer started. Aiden the tech was on time. They even let you know when he will arrive. He was courteous and explained everything he was going to do. I signed a membership with them which was very reasonable.

I first want to say thank you to both Drew and Christian! Drew the manager is a great leader to his team! He is courteous and very willing to help customers and puts their needs as a priority! Christian is so prompt, professional and very knowledgeable in AC repair! He was so helpful and professional! He did a wonderful job and fixed my blower motor and also educated me as an owner of the things to be watchful for with the unit. I highly recommend them if you are truly looking for genuine people who do the job correctly and professionally well!

Really appreciate Aidan, the service tech they sent out. He was informative, took his time, and really listened to our concerns. After listening to our minor issues, he went right to work. He adjust the airflow in the attic, installed our Nest thermostat, and check our outside unit. He did an excellent job, and I feel great in saying, he took care of business! If you have AC/Heating issues, give Mr Reliable Heating and Air a call.

Cristian Vega came out late in the evening, and he worked very hard to find the leak in our A/C copper line, our evaporator coil and as fine, and our condenser was fine too. He’s amazing, and I would recommend Mr. reliable because they are ethical and honest with their work and don’t try to upsell an entire unit when you only have a little problem. Edit: The next day the installation team came in, and they worked very hard for hours to add in the new copper line. Cristian came back and helped check that everything was working correctly, and I’m incredibly satisfied. Love this company! I’m signing up for the membership tomorrow morning, and I’ll be loyal to this company because they have honest and hardworking employees who truly care about their customers!
