I randomly found Bruce and am glad that he was able to fix everything my last ac guy messed up on. He’s reasonable and does good work.

Make sure to ask your AC guys their license and insurance information. I came to realize there are many unlicensed guys running around pretending they know the work. SMH🤦

Bruce did a great job in giving me options and explaining how to get my air conditioner up and running again. Other companies have come out and just tried to sell me 10k worth of equipment without any options of repair. Bruce is your guy... give him a call!!!

We highly recommend calling Bruce at Daica! We spoke with him on the phone at 4:30 pm, explained our AC issues and within two hours, he was at our home assessing the problem and working on a solution. A part was needed to complete the work, and he returned the next morning as promised and within a couple hours we had AC again!

Not only is Bruce knowledgeable and professional, he is very transparent and competitive with his pricing. And he is a fine human being, very trustworthy.

Unprofessional. Gave a set time and did not show up during that time. I had to follow up to see when or if they were even coming. Then they show up when they want to and don’t even leave a voicemail…what I got from it was that they basically didn’t want to do the job. “Because it’s a food truck”

Great Service from the beginning to the end. Claire in the office was friendly and polite, very helpful. Chris and Marco did an excellent job. They added a duct run in my bedroom, kept a clean, neat and tidy workspace. When adding the duct they noticed an issue that I was not aware of and saved my ceiling from being flooded. What most companies overlooked, they noticed and were able to fix the issue before something drastic could have taken place. Great AC/Heating Service company. Won't be using anyone else. Highly recommend!!!

Cool Care installed two new AC units and furnaces on our house in June. They did a very professional job of installation and we have been extremely happy with the units. We have only had one minor issue come up. One of the blowers would not come on. Cool Care answered the service call promptly and had a repairman out that day. Fixed the problem in about 15 minutes(it was a loose wire from the factory). No charge under warranty. Great service and they stand by their work. I recommend them.
