Just had maintenence done. Great peace of mind to know everything is working correctly. Chad did service and was very conscientious and personable.

I can always recommend cool care. Solid job and honest work, unlike abacus, john moore, and the big name shops. I have more praise for Cool care for keeping our unit working at peak performance. Our tech Will is the epitome of a hardworking individual and so far the best tech in this field of work.

Cool Care installed a whole new HVAC system for us about 6 years ago. We have them come twice a year for a system check. We’ve always received amazing service. This is the first time we’ve actually had an issue with our system - the downstairs unit wasn’t cooling like normal. When I called, they made me a same day appointment. The guys came and were super professional and explained the diagnosis, the warranty discount and immediately booked an appointment for the following day. They also charged the unit and added coolant to get us through the night with cool temps inside. They showed up on time the following day and took care of business efficiently and with great customer service.

We highly recommend Cool Care and will continue to utilize their services.

Cool Care replaced my legacy HVAC - based on the notes below - and - the recently did a Mini-Split we had to replace one installed in an extension we added over a decade ago. Great work on both projects. Highly recommended.

Repair visit. Responsive. Called day before. Got a call-b4 arrival as promised. Arrived in window agreed on. Issue was not simple, complex, 20 y.o. old configuration, the two were up to the task. Issue was not resolvable. Analysis required installation of test part on old compressor to get it running for testing, this was not required of the techs, but much appreciated. Will require replacement. Receive quote for replacement same-day. Highly recommended.

Angel was amazing!! He was so kind and knowledgeable. Very polite with great manners!! He told me step by step what he was doing, even showed me before and after pictures. Couldn’t be happier!

We had an urgent situation with one of our dogs doing extensive damage to our AC electrical system which had been installed by Cool Care. We emailed on a Sunday night and the next morning we received a call. Will showed up a few hours later and repaired everything well in an efficient manner. We were impressed by his professionalism and by the super quick turnaround to our email. We highly recommend Cool Care!!

We have been working with Cool Care Heating and Air Conditioning since 2021, when they replaced our upstairs unit. It has been working great since then. We also use these folks to tune our AC every year. So far everything has been running great with no break downs. The staff is also incredibly friendly and personable, always a pleasure to work with. We'll need to replace our downstairs unit in a year or two and are planning to work with Cool Care for that when the time comes.

My AC stopped working this weekend and things got steamy real quick! I sent out an SOS to Cool Care and they contacted me first thing the next morning, got me on the schedule, and had things replaced and working again within 40 minutes of their arrival. The techs were incredibly polite, thoroughly discussed the issue and their intended solution, and provided an overall excellent experience with excellent service!

Helped us out with new system install in ‘21 and has provided preventative maintenance twice a year since. The company communicates well and the technicians are great to work with.

When our AC unit needed replacing g last year, we talked to and received quotes from 7 companies. Cool Care was priced competitively and the representative was very knowledgeable and informative. Backstory: I had intentions of replacing my unit, before summer hit (trying to get in front of it). My ac coincidentally went out the next day. 11am meeting on Thursday to survey, with the expectation to patch my current system while we wait for a new system. They had the whole unit on hand and I had cool air blowing from my NEW unit on Friday at 3PM. Thank you Chris, Nicole, and everyone else involved!

Best air conditioning service we have ever had! So responsible and honorable. Evaluated everything carefully and honestly. Communicated service options and everything as he was working to solve our problem. Replaced the capacitor, did a heavy purge on drain lines that were clogged, and I purchased a Care Club Maintenance Agreement to save on twice yearly checkups. The price for all of this was extremely reasonable and there was absolutely no push for me to buy. The offer was polite and clear on service I was purchasing. Our Technician, Marco, is very knowledgeable and caring, as well as professional. I definitely have found our forever service company with Cool Care Heating and A/C. Give them a call, you will get the best service at a fair price and be treated with so much respect and care.

I can’t recommend them highly enough! We have had them put in a new system and now use them for regular maintenance as well. Everyone is professional and not pushy at all. Reasonably priced and courteous. Today Al patiently walked me through some suggestions on how to prolong and protect our system. We prefer to support small local businesses and are so glad we have them in our corner and neighborhood.

Just had our first annual maintenance done on the three A/C systems. Will was extremely nice and did a thorough job. He got the systems running at 100% and left everything clean and neat! Cool Care is very responsive, reliable and they have a great office staff!!
