Truly an amazing company! Super helpful and transparent when it comes to assessing your needs. No pressure when it comes to discussing maintenance needs, timely and professional. Everyone that has come to my house has been amazing. For my most recent service Al did a great job laying out all my options, explaining everything and again, no pressure with next steps.

Cool Care providing outstanding service in doing a full replacement of my outdated HVAC unit. To start, in their free estimate of the property, they were by far the most diligent and knowledgeable of what exactly my home needed, from unit size and new ducting, down to grill replacements in certain rooms.

Cool Care helped get us the right price and financing for our needs, and we’re extremely communicative throughout the process. On the day of our installation, the whole team were extremely diligent and respectful. Even after they had finished and left on a Friday evening, and we realized there was a slight issue, Cool Care came right back out and rectified the issue. I could not recommend Cool Care highly enough!

I've been using Cool Care and their biannual maintenance service for several years. I appreciate their proactive approach to addressing potential issues and also their quick response when my AC has stopped working in the past. Today, Andrew and Al performed my fall maintenance and identified several potential failure issues with my two furnaces (which are close to 25 years old). After thoroughly explaining to me my options and associated costs, I decided it was time to replace the furnaces. Their replacement is scheduled for next week. I commend Al and Andrew for their professionalism and courtesy.

Great company with great people! Always offer suggestions and recommendations but never make you feel pressured. When my AC went out, they worked with me to try and keep it working but due to it being so old, a new system was needed. Very affordable and great installation team. Their maintenance program has been great!

CoolCare really came through for us. They gave us an solution that other contractors were not interested in doing as it required more work than they were willing to do. The solution proposed by Chris gave us more space inside out home, and reduced the amount of noise that the unit produced. They executed the job quickly, and in a professional manner. The crew was hardworking and quick and respectful of our home. I would recommend them to everyone.

Explained everything they did so as I could understand, answered all of my questions and concerns, took my money, which was a reasonable amount and were out of here in no time at all. I highly recommend them and so pleased for the referral I got for them.

I had to replace a 16-year-old rooftop unit where the motor blew. And when the motor blows, it craps out in fine fashion.
When I purchased a new rooftop unit through Cool Care I also purchased a plan where Cool Care comes out every season to inspect the unit.
The rating is on the inspection alone and not the installation.
The office called to schedule an appointment. On the day of the appointment a technician came at the appointed time and knocked on my back door and let me know he was here. So once the introductories were out of the way, he set up his ladder to climb up on the roof and was up there a total of 10-15 minutes to inspect the unit. He cleaned my condenser and evaporator coil then came down, put his ladder back on his van changed out the filter inside the townhouse. And spent another ten minutes in his van composing his notes for my review. After completion of his report he asked for my signature and the visit was concluded.
No issues to speak of.

Will is one of the two technicians I've had the pleasure of working on my heating and A/C. They're very thorough. I choose to shadow them to learn more about my system as they go along. They point out suggestions and details to what and why they're testing every component on my system. This last call was made due to a thermostat issue. Even though I put in what was supposed to be fresh batteries and installed a new thermostat, the culprit were my batteries. Will figured that out right away. So while he was here, I took advantage of the maintenance I signed up for and he checked the system all over. Even found some small issues that he fixed to prevent future breakdowns. Very friendly staff!! Always on time. Never rushing. Glad to have a trusted repair team that's a phone call away.
BTW - Even though my A/C was cooling fine before, it feels to be cooling even better now.

Cool Care redid our entire AC system 4 years ago and did an amazing job! We have not had a single issue with our system even in the hot summers in Houston. They come for quarterly maintenance and keep everything running smoothly, and don’t try to oversell you on random upgrades. Their technicians are extremely polite and efficient - Angel was just at my house this week and was in and out in less than an hour. Can’t recommend them enough!

Thanks Chris and the Cool Care team for a smooth and efficient process of replacing our A/C system! Going above and beyond like looking at our air flow and adding two new air returns to deal with a couple of rooms that didn't get good air flow, and increasing a vent size for the study that was always hot previously. Also adding high capacity filters on the inlet of all our systems so that we don't have to change filters in the walls anymore.

Angel did our Summer maintenance today and was amazing! My husband and I are so happy we found this company when our AC and heating units broke a few years back. They are super professional, great on communication with scheduling appointments and with updating you on how the units are doing. Never have I felt like they are trying to nickel and dime us with services and products and have always been consistent and up front with pricing. Cool Care does regular A/C maintenance for us and have always been thorough and honest with their evaluations. They found a leak in the fan coil unit and replaced it. This required them to rebuild the plenum box and reconnect all the duct work. They did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them.

I found Cool Care Heating through google and they sent out Al to help fix my AC unit. Hes very polite and is detailed with his work. Pricing is competitive and its nice to have peace of mind having an experienced person take care of your AC. I highly recommend them if youre having issues with your AC units
