Cool Care has a lot of five star reviews because they're a great company. Maybe if all companies were like this, there'd be less road rage and existential angst. Think about how much better life would be. Also, I'm a long time Spring Branch resident and like that they're in the hood. And, I recommended them to my son who wrote a review just a couple months ago.

From office staff to techs, everyone is friendly and professional. Scheduling is easy and flexible as there have been multiple times I've had to reschedule. The techs are always very knowledgeable and thorough.

Will has been out to our home several times. He's done maintenance checks for us, put in a new vent, and yesterday, fixed our fan motor. He's an excellent ac tech and always good at explaining what has been done or needs to be done. He assessed the problem quickly, explained what needed to be done, and fixed it.

Last week Angel did our maintenance check, as always, it was very thorough. He gave me some recommendations, and what I like about Cool Care is it's not high pressure. It's just recommendations on what might need to be done in the future.

Jose was also there to put in a new thermostat. Like all the Cool Care techs, he was friendly and professional and he replaced the thermostat quickly.

So, if you're in need of an hvac company, this is the one.

We had a new AC, furnace and ductwork installed. The best experience. They were very thorough with their estimate which I appreciateed. Very professional. I needed an adjustment in one of the rooms and they came out the same day I called. We are so pleased with the new system. It's awesome. We found their prices to be fair as well. I had an excellent experience with my recent air conditioner replacement. From start to finish, the team delivered outstanding service. Explained my zoned air issues, then came up with a solution.

They arrived on time, walked me through the entire process, and answered all my questions with patience and expertise. The installation was completed efficiently, and the work area was left spotless. Really polite and personable people.

After several companies quotes I ended up with Cool Care. They provided a quote that was in line with other quotes but what set them apart was the personalities of the owners. They were helpful in explaining the differences in systems. Standard AC vs Heat Pump. (Ended up with a heat pump system). I made a decision on a Monday and they came out the following day. Installation went well. They explained the system, provided a nice overview.
The workers were all nice and professional. They cleaned up after and hauled away the old equipment. I would recommend them.
