Punbar Air technicians are of the highest quality. Their customer service is excellent - I notified them of an issue over Labor Day Weekend and the problem was resolved the Tuesday after Labor Day.

The team arrived on time and patiently waited for me to locate the key to open the entrance gate. The team was professional, provided flooring material to protect the carpet, and diligently went about the installation with little disturbance. The Team Lead explained all the operation and reviewed the details after final installation with a promise to return to do further testing when the weather changes (it was a cold day).

Gustavo came in for a tune up and to diagnose he the source of water leaking in the attic. With good judgement, he decided to diagnose and fix the water leak problem first so that he could return a couple weeks later to confirm it was fixed AND also do the tune up. He provided guidance regarding the service options to choose and did not try to upsell. We’ll see him again in a couple weeks for the tune up.

I had a good experience with the service provided by Punbar. The technician, Jose Garcia, was knowledgeable and competent. In a few hours my air conditioner was working and cooling my house.

PunBar came through again. I’ve been using them for years. Late Thursday our AC died, called and they were able to come Friday. Diagnosed need to replace outside condenser unit and interior coils. Saturday arrived early and completed the job. Tech was José, he and his team got the job done, keeping me updated throughout. They have always been responsive, courteous and professional. Came home to a hot home today at 3pm. I called Punbar to come troubleshoot and repair my HVAC and they had a tech here within an hour (inner loop Houston on Friday). They arrived promptly and finished with the repair by 4:30pm. I would definitely recommend this business to friends and family. If honesty and integrity mean anything to you then give these guys a shot when the time comes.

Quick scheduling, great customer service and the technician provided also maintenance advice after installing and setting up our smart thermostat. We will hire them again for sure!

I’ve used Punbar services about 5 times in 3 different housed I owned. What’s great about it? service and technical expertise. I’m an engineer and talking to a company that knows how to explain me the technical details of their work is awesome. Engineering sound solutions, from balancing the heat transfer in the house, to HVAC units troubleshooting. Never had to call for a recurring issue, meaning that you can rest assure the issue is solved. Beyond the unit performance, there’s always a personal touch in the tip of their nose to ensure the air in your house is always clean.

Gustavo is absolutely amazing. I’ve never had an AC guy explain things so clearly to me. I called at 7:00 am and Gustavo was at my door by 8:20. I completely trust Punbar and they will always get my business.

Great service, on time, and very professional!! Highly recommended for sure. They explain the work to be done and take care of details. We will now see how the new AC installed unit (coil and compressor) performs over time.

We have used several different heating and a/c companies over the years. Some good some not so good. When it came time to replace our a/c we went with Punbar Air. Ronald is terrific. He spent a great deal of time inspecting our current system and advised us of our best options, with no pressure. He took care to answer all of our questions.
On the day of the installation, they arrived early and, worked in a super hot attic. They redid the duct work to maximize comfort. They worked long and hard and got everything wrapped up beautifully.
For those who are concerned, as we are, about the spread of COVID 19, Ronald and his crew wore masks and respected social distancing.
Overall, our expectations were met and, exceeded.

I have never seen such professionalism from ANY HVAC Company. Punbar Air came out to help us diagnose a terrible air circulation problem. Every other HVAC company did simple diagnostics simply confirming the condenser and air handler were functioning. Jose from Punbar Air came out and ran tests which proved my suspicion that we had air flow problems. He then spent time designing out a real solution, and walked me through the schematic that was drawn up. His team came out and implemented the plan and it was an instant noticeable difference in air flow to all of the rooms that suffered before. Jose as a professional is really something special. He makes you feel like you are in a partnership as opposed to being at the mercy of the company. Most other companies I’ve dealt with do not come close to that experience of genuine care and due diligence. I also want to thank Ronald and Jose for taking the time to break down what the team saw during their assessment, and for being forthcoming that there could be challenges that may not be overcome. I’d also like to thank the front office for their customer care and attention. This was just such a great experience, and while not cheap they solved a problem no one else dared touch. The best company in town when you need an AC service. Top quality customer service. Punbar technicians are very professional and conduct their business accordingly. Their AC reports are clear en very self-explanatory. I had to change the AC, and they did a great job. They are one step ahead from the competitors. I absolutely recommend them.

I actually reached out 2 other vendors first, but they either did not return my call or responded too late. I am glad I came across Punbar and gave it a try. Gustova is an excellent technitian, and went extra miles to provide good service.

Ever since Punbar installed our entire new HVAC system and ducts 6 months ago, they have been incredible. Since the installation, they came to do a 6 month check up. Then a couple weeks later the heat wasn't working. They came in only hours after I called to check and fix my heating. They're so prompt, kind, knowledgeable, and wonderful overall.

Jose was very professional and friendly. He asked questions to make sure he pinpoint the problem with my A/C. He checked the system and figured out what was wrong in no time. Then explained what needed replaced and the cost of replacing the parts. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service. Punbar will be taking care of my A/C problems from now on. I'll recommend them 100%.
