Ronald and his team are excellent. I have used many different A/C companies over the years and Punbar Air is truly the best. Ronald spent a great deal of time explaining my options, answering my questions and in the end exceeded my expectations. Best customer service in the industry. And by far, most knowledgeable also.

After the initial Comfort Evaluation confirmed that my AC system was not working properly (validated through data and graphics) and that the original design of the ducting caused condensation and water dripping issues (that I knew due water stains on the ceiling and oxide marks on the equipment), they found a solution that adjusted to my budget and after a loooong day of work, they installed new ducting, added a new return, new vents and solved all the problems of the system. I felt the change the very first night, and then again it was validated through data.

The team was always very respectful, professional, answered all my questions and cleaned everything after they were done. They asked me permission to work until late in the afternoon to have everything done in one day (they arrived at 7.45 am!) which we appreciated very much and allowed them to do it. I really recommend them. Is not easy to find a service provider that can validate their work from an engineering point of view, which Punbar excelled at!. Hands down the best AC Solution company around.

I recommend this company 100%, they replaced the condenser and evaporator coil and now the A/C system is working perfectly. They did an awesome job. The whole process was pretty smooth, they explained everything really well and I got a good price. Maria was friendly and answered all my questions that I had. Gustavo Chirinos was the technician that came out and serviced my HVAC unit, I wanted to have my unit cleaned and also had issues with a leaking drain pain. Gustavo gave me the list of prices and services to choose from and gave me his opinion on what would best and within my budget. He was professional and had excellent communication, after the job was done he cleaned up and showed me the work he had done.

I have problems with one of my AC units for many years. Went through 3 ACs in 27 years. Gustavo was able to diagnose what the problem was and provided me with different service plans. He arrived super on time at each appointment. Gustavo was very patient and courteous. The whole team was professional and efficient. I had ductwork redesigned and replaced. I felt terribly bad that they worked in the attic for many hours under this heat. My AC now runs like a champ. I never know that AC could be so quiet when running. My visit with Ronald Amaya was very informative, I learned a lot about my system and how it should work. Ronald spent several hours evaluating my existing system and provided recommendations to improve the efficiency and overall performance of my system. After the evaluation he was able to provide me with several cost options that he felt would resolve my concerns. He was not interested in just installing a new system like the one I have, he took the time to truly analyze my situation and suggest improvements. I will have several other contractors come give me bids before I make my decision but they will have to be able to provide the same type of technical information he did to even get a chance at having my business.
This was a great experience and I highly recommend PUNBAR evaluate your system before you make a decision to purchase a new system.

Jose and his team from Punbar did a fabulous job on our unit replacement. They were fast, thorough and efficient -- followed up by several hours of measurements to make sure the installation was performing as expected. Anyone hiring them should be assured that they know exactly what they are doing and that they have the customer's needs in mind. Comfort has returned to our home!

The technician did a wonderful job. He was punctual, courteous, well informed, and efficient. He was able to identify the problem with our air conditioning system and repair it immediately. He also was very thorough in evaluating the entire system. I was very impressed with the service, and we will definitely be using them in the future.

Punbar's HVAC maintenance service was systematic and thorough with a 15-page report provided of the system condition complete with detailed measurements. Recommendations were given to improve the attic environment and ventilation considering the low-rise roof and limited attic space. Their service was perfectly professional and more than satisfactory. Punbar had earlier redesigned and reinstalled the entire system in 2019 following ten years of system failures, recurring mold, and inadequate solutions from other vendors.

As usual, Punbar Air did a great job. Their techniciansare all very professional and they consistently show multiple options at various price points to help you make a decision moving forward with any repairs or replacement. Gustavo especially did a great job making sure I was comfortable with everything. I highly recommend them!
