Mr. Travis was able to quickly attend to our call for an inspection of our home A/C system in which we suspected that we had a black mold problem. His professionalism, attention to detail and guidance on the next steps for us to take was invaluable. My wife and I would recommend him as the first person/company to contact if you are in need of any A/C service, maintenance or inspections.

I noticed some condensation from my ceiling and that my home was not as cool as it usually is. I called The Temperature Company after 5p. Within the hour a technician was at my home, repaired my unit and my home was cool by dinner.

Marlon has come out to help us fix our commercial equipment multiple times. Every time he has been punctual, fair and honest. I have not been disappointed with any aspect of their service and will continue to use The Temperature Company for future repairs as well!

Our upstairs ac stopped blowing cool air on a Saturday. On Sunday I checked with Home Advisor to see what companies could come out the soonest. Even though they were all booked for several days Marlon at The Temperature Company fit us in for a morning appointment for the next day. Praise God. He fixed the ac within 2 hours just in time before my kids came home from school. And the price was reasonable. He was professional and did an excellent job. This is the fourth time we've used Home Advisor and I have not been disappointed. I will definitely refer The Temperature Company.

My house flooded during Harvey. I had no idea who to call to check my A/C and determine what new equipment I required. needed honest advise, I loved the name of ‘The Temperature Company’ and called them. Marlon heard what I wanted and after analyzing my house distribution, capacity needs and going through all details then he made suggestions to solve all of my requirements. He was very thorough. I wanted the best possible A/C equipment and he advised Trane. He and his team did a wonderful job. He delivered all he promised at a very fair price and he kept coming several times until all the equipment was installed and working perfectly. Even made the modifications required to comply with new City regulations that were instated after the job was finished so the final Official inspection would get an approval.
I’m very pleased with the equipment’s quality I got and what it’s up to date technology provides, also with Marlon’s knowledge and service. I do recommend The Temperature Company to solve all A/C needs with the best alternative at a very good price and great service.

Excellent work in the past with this company. Have been working with them for years. But it seems in the last month, they aren't performing anymore service calls. And are no longer accepting phone calls of any kind. Not sure how to reach these guys anymore besides driving down to their office. Be warned.

This people has 5 stars for a reason I called two companies for my refrigerator repair non of them show up but the temperature company showed up next day solve my problem. Please call them you want disappointed. Nice people and Excellent service.

The good thing is that Punbar Air accommodated my request for visit promptly. I was not happy with their findings. Could not find the leak in initial visit and wanted to charge me additional $ 800 (initial amount mentioned was $1500) to do the detection.

Arael did a great job with my AC repair. Came out the next morning after the issues arose and got it fixed, and kept me informed on exactly what was going on throughout.

They arrived exactly on-time and ready to work the moment they rang the bell. After inspection I was shown a very detailed report and they stayed with me to answer all of my questions on the spot. They were very knowledgable on the topic of HVAC and all related things. I was given multiple quotes based on my budget and they were all reasonably priced. The techs were able to break all of the work down line by line to let me know exactly what to expect. I enjoyed working with the whole staff and pleased to be able to build a good relationship with a local business that I plan to have on speed dial for as long as I continue living in Houston. We did our annual HVAC maintenance on the cooling side. The guys were professional, the report was very well done and documented, so we have a record of what has been done. Pricing is very reasonable for the time spent and the tasks that were done. It is needed to extend the life of our HVAC system. I highly recommend these folks.
