Great service! We didn't have an appointment, unexpected commercial freezer issues the day after Thanksgiving. The technician arrived within an hour and clearly communicated to us what the issues were. Agreed to come back Monday so we could clear out our freezer. Arrived Monday morning as promised and was able to diagnose the problem within an hour. Once again we had clear communications on the timing of anticipated parts needed and the quote to repair. Again the they followed through with what was communicated to us.

They answered my call on a Sunday afternoon and they came to my home on Monday morning as promised. They diagnosed the problem quickly and quoted a fair price before proceeding with repairs. Once approved they finished the job quickly and I was able to pay with a credit card over the phone. A person called a few hours afterwards to see if everything was ok and if I was satisfied. All very professional and convenient. This was the second time I had used their services and I will definitely call them again if needed.

Previously I had a negative experience, but the manager called me after after I talked with the office and completely reversed my opinion about the Temperature Company. There was some basic miscommunication that was cleared up and a very knowledgeable technician was sent promptly to my house, on a Friday night, only a couple of hours after my call! They were really motivated to fix my AC and even gave me a discount for the miscommunication and made my experience with Temperature Company and awesome one. Business is complicated and issues occur but the super professional and accountable Temperature Company called and corrected the miscommunication and apologised for the difficulty. Now I hope that their company grows and I am able to patron them on a permanent basis. The Temperature Company really cares about customer relations and satisfaction.

Our AC went out in the middle of the night. I called early in the morning and The Temperature Company was able to come out in 2 hours and have our AC working in an hour! Marlon was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. If we need anymore repairs, we will definitely give them a call.

Marlon came to my home to check up my ac system first thing on the next morning. He was very knowledgeable about ac systems, and provided me detailed answers for all my questions. Marlon has rescued me from my AC twice in the last two years. As a first floor condo owner who shares a AC condensate drain line with an upstairs unit, I have had water seep through my floor from a clogged line. Marlon has provided quick responses the same day I called for help. He has been professional, communicated the problem so I understood it, and made recommendations for preventing this problem (unfortunately it involves the HOA, so that may take a while).
