I have nothing but compliments and good things to say about Southern Comfort AC. Their response time, dispatch, friendliness, and the tech I had, Aaron was fantastic. Aaron worked on my AC almost all day to leave me with cool air. Thank you Southern Comfort and Aaron for taking care of a woman in distress! lol

Aaron did a great job, explained everything thoroughly and didn't feel like he was just trying to up sell me. I felt he was truthful and explained all options.

The service we received was top notch all the way. Southern Comfort was able to diagnose, provide estimates for multiple options, install a new system, and have us cool again within 24 hours. They have earned the right to be our "go-to" AC company going forward. I will be recommending them to our family and friends.

I had the best experience ever. Donovan came in with a clear plan it went over without a hitch. He even called a few days later to make sure we were happy and comfortable with our choice and to ensure all services were working. I highly recommend him and his team. I'll never use any one else for my HVAC needs.

I asked Southern to connect a thermostat. They charged $50 for a full diagnostic and gave me a non-itemized quote of $1,000+ to do a complete system maintenance. I hired another contractor through Thumbtack that connected the thermostat for less than $100. I will not be using Southern ever again.

I am most excited about beginning a relationship with Southern Comfort Heating and Air. Our old HVAC guy retired and a friend recommended them. Donnivin came out today to inspect our system and duct work. He was courteous and professional . I look forward to working with them.

Had a great experience with this company. We called last night after 8pm and they got us an appointment for first thing this morning before the day gets too hot. The technician, Aaron, was on time and very professional and respectful of our property. He was able to find our AC problem quickly, show me detailed photos of each issue, and thoroughly explain what needed to be done. He gave me many options ranging from what can be done for now to solve the current issue, to all things we need to attend to very soon. I was shown a range of options of services i could have done so i could fit just what i needed for today into my budget, and start planning for future services we will also need. Thank you Aaron for getting our AC back on before we melted in the August heat. You are a life saver 🙏

My family and I had a great experience with Southern Comfort. I called multiple companies to look for an assessment the same day for a serious issue we were having with the AC. The technician Aaron arrived about an hour after my phone call. He was able to figure out the issue quickly and made sure to personally show me the problems so I could understand his recommendations for how to move forward. Since our AC issues were serious and costly/inconvenient to repair, the best solution was to replace our old unit. It was amazing that this could be done the next day. Donnivin was very thorough in his explanations regarding the options and I was so appreciative that he had the team out there quickly to do the job. We were back in our home about 24 hours after my initial phone call with a new AC unit, which made an immense difference in the quality of life for my toddler and baby (not to mention me and my partner)! If I could give this company 10 stars I would. We have been living in our home for 6 years and the humidity levels were always above 60%. I called Southern Comfort and they sent out Donnivin to diagnose my issues and let’s just say he narrowed down the issues within minutes. Fast Forward: My home is at a comfort level with the humidity level between 50-55%. I can’t thank Donnivin and Southern Comfort enough for sending out a guy who knows his stuff with experience to back it up. My family and I are breathing in fresh clean air with the help of new air purification systems that were installed to both systems. GREAT JOB, Southern Comfort…HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

They were absolutely amazing. Came out early and really analyzed what was going on. Gave me several options and didn't pressure me yo get something I didn't need or the most expensive option. Aaron was very friendly and told me what was best option was and what he would do and why. Amazing service and will use them again!

Donnivin, my first contact, gave me a time and
that he would arrive to understand and diagnose
my problem with AC. He gave me aprice (that
I thought) was very accectable to me. He set up
an instal for the next day. ALex, the Install
leader called me with his arrival time (and he
was on time). They finished the install, and
showed their work, cleaned up and removed
the trash. This was one of the best professional
Orginasions I have ever contracted.

Beyond pleased with the services received from Aaron during both visits. He’s knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He discovered one of our AC drain lines was clogged, cleared the line and installed float switches to alert us in the future if the line were to clog and begin overflowing. He performed a furnace tuneup check on both units and provided pictures and service recommendations, with pricing, to keep the units performing well. Highly recommend this company for HVAC services.

My experience with Southern Comfort was phenomenal. The initial call to set up an appointment was genuine. I felt like I wasn’t being sold something before they came to my home. Donivin (Don) was kind, thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. I really appreciate the way he explained what he was doing and why. We had excellent experience with Southern Comfort. Aaron was very professional, explained us the problem in detail and helped us resolve it. Our heater, which was not working, was going to take a couple of days to get repaired. And it was going to be cold during those days. Aaron helped in fixing the heater temporarily to get through the cold days. Also appreciate the detailed summary and pictures provided to us after every visit.
