Absolutely amazing service. Called at 5:30pm on a Monday and they showed up before 6 and found the problem immediately and had me fixed and ice cold again by 7:30. I wanted to share with all interested parties looking for an excellent team of AC Repair folks. AC Comfort Supply has been servicing my older unit for over 3 years. They are the most dedicated and honest people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. They provide courteous, prompt service with photographs to back up everything they tell you. The same technician comes to my home every year, so we have a history of information we work with to keep my unit up and running. I'm on a service plan, which means they come 3 times a year to check my unit for any parts that might be failing or struggling, and offer suggestions as to what would keep my unit running effeciently, but never any pressure sales. My technician's name is Osiel, Osie for short. He is the most polite and knowledgeable persons I've ever used. He really knows his stuff~! Thanks Osie for all your dedication and work for me.

Technician Osiel is the best! Thorough, explains everything regarding thing he recommends (and things we don't need ). I love having the same person come out each fall/spring check up. You could not get better service from anyone.

Complete system overhaul at my commercial business. New outside and indoor unit, new ductwork, new vents, returns, city plans submitted, inspected, and approved (finally). It all went well. Great service, knowledgeable, and always so nice and friendly! My chiropractor recommended them a couple years ago and I'm so glad he did, I've been using them ever since! After I had to replace my HVAC system, they even had cookies delivered to me as a thank you! Yeah, most expensive free cookies I've ever had, but still, super kind and very appreciated!

Love AC Comfort for their friendly customer service and technicians. We’ve been a customer for several years and can’t imagine going anywhere else for my HVAC care. We subscribe to an annual plan which ensures our heating and cooling system is maintained properly.

I was really pleased from the very beginning. I phoned and left a message and I was called back asking what did I need help with and that they would have someone here. Jose came out checked out things. He then sat with me explaining and answering questions. The whole crew was awesome. They begin early and worked late it was a two day job. They begin on a Friday and actually returned on Monday due to the fact I was having a gathering at my home and didn’t want to interfere with what was going on. Returned early Monday and finished the work. I have never had such service as I received from this company. My a c company is AC COMFORT. Thank you all for such an awesome experience!

Abraham did a fantastic job fixing our AC. He was very quick, and even showed us before and after pictures. Honest man. Cleaned up after himself and was also very knowledgeable about AC units. 10/10 would use this company again.

AC Comfort has been with us since 2018 and I highly recommend them. The customer services is hands down the best. They have worked with us to replace whatever was here when we bought the home and continuously take their time to make sure our home is as energy efficient as possible. Aaron was such a angel! I called my own AC company that my dad used for many years and I have used since he passed in October and they wouldn't come out and help me. I had new floors put in and they were not even 24 hrs old and the contractors guys froze my AC and I was scared the system would back up and flood and ruin my floors. Aaron came out and help make sure that system was shut down and that it would not cause any damage to my home. Aaron made appointment to come out today to take of my issue and to get my system up and running. I will now be switching over to your company all because of the care that Aaron took to help me last night and today. Thank you again Aaron for helping me when I was a total mess. You are truly an angel.

Do not trust their pricing. I’m pretty sure they just look in some manual to tell them what to charge for a job. They tried to charge me almost $700 more to replace a blower motor and they couldn’t even get the factory part. They tried to sell me on a cheap aftermarket part with no warranty and iffy performance. They didn’t even offer a reduced price on the cheap aftermarket part. Same price as if it were a quality factory part. Fortunately I called around. I was able to find an AC place that knew what they were doing. Got me the factory part and installed for a lot less money.

Donnivin was the best a/c repair tech I have ever worked with. We had our downstairs a/c go out at 645pm on a hot Friday night. Donnivin showed up at 830pm with a great attitude and a super high level of competence. He was able to diagnose and solve our problem (clogged drain line) within minutes and the job was done 20 minutes later. We will definitely be repeat customers!
