Although the pipeline clogging wasn't resolved due to complications, Jason was professional and informative on the culprit of the sewerage drainage issues and spoke with the HOA on our behalf. I appreciated he didn't charged for this order task. The other order was done promptly.

We called Luke's Plumbing because the water valve under the sink was frozen, and we couldn't get our new dishwasher installed. Not only did they come out the next day, they sent a picture of the man who was going to do the work. Nice, professional people to deal with.

Joe and Luke did a great job repiping my water heater. The pipes had corroded and they were able to quickly replace them the same day. Joe also coordinated replacing my tub fixtures and securing a wobbly sink. Appreciate the kind professionalism of this duo. Will call on them for all my plumbing needs.

Our downstairs toilet began leaking last night. I called Luke’s Plumbing soon after 8am and they had a plumber at my house in about an hour. Jason provided exceptional service. It took several trips for him to acquire all necessary parts (house is from the 1980s) but now I have a new toilet, no leaks and vastly improved flushing. I am a very happy customer and highly recommend Luke’s Plumbing.

I’ll start with the initial phone inquiry. The gentleman who picked up the call on an early Friday evening was helpful and got me a much-needed appointment for Greg to come visit my condo the following morning. So getting someone out in less than 24 hours scores big points!

As for Greg, he was highly professional, yet affable - and obviously very good at what he does. For me, my ask was taking out and replacing a couple of under-sink p-traps that would no longer work for the new countertops with sinks. Greg quoted me a fair price, and I immediately gave him the job.

After going back to his warehouse to get some supplies and parts, Greg returned and made the replacements in no time at all it seemed. The new p-traps reached the sink drain pipes, and Greg connected my new faucets to finish the job. (Check out my “before and after photos.)

So thank you Greg - and thank you Luke’s! Well done. You have earned an opportunity for repeat business if a future need is required.
