It’s been a couple of months since Just-In-Time Air came out to check my system and give me a few repair options. The owner personally reached out to explain everything, and they were out the very next day to get the job done.

My system has been running and cooling great ever since — even through the hottest part of the year! I’ve also seen a nice drop in my electricity bill. Super happy with their service and definitely recommend them!

Showed up quickly to repair my furnace. Tech was able to trouble shoot and fix the issue by adjusting some wired connections within an hour. The service was great. The only issue is the cost. Hourly rate is 225 dollars and a diagnostic fee of 90 dollars took the total to 350 dollars to fix some wires that didn’t require any parts to buy.

We were having trouble with water within the walls, and after getting the roof checked, and the water pipes checked, the problem was with the a/c system. Justin came in and after inspection, determined that we needed a humidifier, and all of our vents treated. He also recommended that we get humidity gauges, which we did. They were simple devices and very inexpensive. His work was quickly and very professionally done. And it totally solved the problem. His explanations were very clear, and he answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend him for any work on a/c and heating systems. He was a pleasure to work with, as was his wife, who answers the phone. Both were very eager to answer all questions, and all our queries were quickly answered. Robert and Cindy Riehl

Tech came by my home on Black Friday. He gave us an estimate for a job that needed a part that he didn't have. Tech went to check at the shop to see if he had the part. Its now Monday and we still haven't heard from him since. Fortunately for us we went with one of their competitors and had our heat back on in no time and paid less than the estimate Just-N-Time AC and Heating gave us. I do NOT recommend this company nor will my family use this company ever again.

The tech that came to our house, his last name was Cuesto (forgot his first name): positive, helpful, efficient and provided a truly pleasant experience, as well as useful, friendly and obliging service. This company deserves its high reviews. Recommended. Good job, Cuesto!

I have so much to say, because all three homes had exceptional service. David always came with a smile on his face and ready to meet the needs of the client. Annette, Melinda and Rachel , is the first voices you hear. They are knowledgeable in answering all of your questions, so you can make the right decision. Above all these are honest people they are not trying to mislead you and take advantage of elderly clients, like John Moore Company did my Aunt. The technician came out and told her she needed a new air conditioner and was going to charge her over 15,000. She called my husband and he told her don’t do anything, let me call Just n Time and David came to my Aunt house. He checked everything and mind you she is 89 years old. When he checked the thermostat she had it turn on heater, instead of air. He flip the switch and called me and said that was all wrong with her air condition. He only charged her a service charge for coming out. How honest is that from a company. I have them on speed dial cause there is no other company I would use. I also purchase a whole unit for my home, they service my daughter home and I tell all my friends about Just n Time. Thank all of you for your kindness and help. I also know it starts at the top good service and that’s from the Owner who train his staff to treat people like he would treat them. Awesome 😄😄😄

David at Just In Time AC was phenomenal—super knowledgeable and very diligent in diagnosing and fixing my heating system. My heater went out during the one of coldest time of this year, and I had to get through a miserable night and early morning in freezing conditions.

I called them before their posted business hours on Google, and still received a response right away along with a scheduled service time. They came out promptly and identified the issue with my heating unit. David didn’t have the required part on hand, but he came back the very next day to complete the repair.

In the meantime, even without the part, David gave me clear, simple, easy-to-understand instructions so I could safely keep my heater running while he located the part for one more night. Communication was excellent the entire time, and the customer service was friendly and professional.

I highly recommend Just In Time AC and will absolutely use them again for any HVAC needs.

I can’t speak to their plumbing services necessarily, but this team is extremely responsive. I had a fridge delivery that was unable to be completed because of some dicey installation folks claiming that the fridge water valve was “stuck open”… within 30 minutes of calling Luke’s Plumbing these guys were at my house. Jason was able to open the valve without issue and allow me to install my fridge as planned without losing all of my groceries. I’ll definitely use them again for future needs based on friendliness and response time.

Joe, with Luke’s Plumbing, came out to address a recurring clogged kitchen sink drain issue. This has been an ongoing problem, and until now, we hadn’t received proper guidance on how to resolve it effectively.

Joe was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain the root cause of the issue clearly. He also offered alternative solutions to help prevent future problems, which we truly appreciated. His honesty and expertise gave us confidence moving forward. Highly recommend Joe and Luke’s Plumbing for quality service, friendly, and thoughtful recommendations.

We've used Lukes Plumbing and air several times, and both experiences have been great. They are fast, and extremely professional. The techs name was Joe. He went above and beyond to make sure the problem was corrected.

I called Luke’s early one morning, this week, with the crisis of two overflowing toilets and sewage in my tub! About 45 minutes later Plumber Joe showed up at my front door. Joe and a helper worked tirelessly for quite sometime until they cleared the line. Searching and digging until he found my second clean out. Thank you Joe and Luke’s for coming to my rescue!

Always same day visits and came out to correct minor issues with their installs! Always courteous and professional. Joe gave me his work cell and I can call/text any time to ask questions or get a visit scheduled. Amazing company will recommend them for ever

Gregory was very knowledgeable, prompt, efficient and professional. He did not only fix the kitchen sink and main issue with the shower but he was able to fix a different issue with the shower that a different plumbing company said couldn't be fixed. I will definitely refer this company as well as use them again!

Today I called about a possible pipe leak above my bedroom ceiling. I was immediately offered a plumber to come give me a free estimate. An appointment was scheduled and a plumber was dispatched. Shortly I received a follow up call advising me Nick was in route and would arrive in 30 minutes. Nick arrived, introduced himself, made small talk and promptly checked out my plumbing problem. Nick appraised the problem, gave me an estimate and advise me he would get started and complete the task today. I was so happy, I had been waiting for my usual plumber since Saturday. Nick was professional, efficient and charged a reasonable pair price. Thank you. Recommend this company to everyone.
