David was such a breath of fresh air after all we’ve been through to determine why we had a hole in our ceiling. He found the issue was our roofing very quickly, after other service providers failed, and he answered all our questions, even offering suggestions. He was really patient, understanding and empathic which was very much appreciated. We’ve used Allstar before and each time was a smooth process. Highly recommend!

The people at All Star A/C, Heating & Plumbing did a great job, and I am very impressed with the hard work they did. I had my AC unit replaced and Ed said they could replace the system for a reasonable price. The installers came the very next day bright and early in the morning. There were some wiring issues, but the workers said they would have it fixed that same day. I am satisfied with the work they did and can tell the people at All Star A/C will go the extra mile to make sure their job is finished and done right.

After many years of service with this company, the reason I have been a repeated customer was due to the Customer Excellence. For the past two interactions, my experience has been repeatedly disappointing. In both incidents, I was given a window of two hours and not was this timeframe met but, I was the one who initiated a follow-up to receive an update. Each time, the person who answered in the office was nonchalant to my concern for timeliness. Although, the most recent visit, I was offered a $20 credit for the inconvenience once I expressed disappointment. Although I appreciate the offer, my time is valuable and their actions caused a domino effect both times for me in a negative way. As much as I have enjoyed the service in the past, I am afraid that if things don't change, they will lose a long time customer.... sadly.

Owner came out a gave an outrageous quote to a single women at home alone with kids and no AC… for over $1100. When I had another ( Reputable ) company come out it was a simple $49 fix and it fixed the problem. When I requested a refund of the $97 charge just to come out, they would not return my calls or email. My recommendation stay away from this shady business !

Angels do walk amongst us. There aren't any words to describe the OUTSTANDING service, Quality of Work, Professionalism and Great Service received from JUST-N-Time. It really went beyond that because this company was concern more about my well-being and safety. Great companies that are dependable, true to their word and honest very VERY hard to find these days but you totally surpassed my expectations. I can't THANK YOU enough 😃. Our ac went out last night (on a Friday) and I needed someone asap. Justin tried to help me override the thermostat to get some air until repairs could be made. Unfortunately it didn't work but they were able to show up first thing in the morning. They fixed my ac and gave me some useful info. I'm totally happy with their great customer service, punctuality, and their affordable prices. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends. You guys are awesome sauce

Justin was easy to reach and very responsive. He came out when we initially had our house inspected and quickly determined the issue and provided an estimated cost. When we closed, we had arranged for him to come out on a different day. When asked if he could complete the repair sooner, he was flexible and did so. Our home was cool in no time! I would highly recommend Just-N-Time to anyone.

If you are looking for a great company and great people look no further. Just-N-Time handled my new AC and Heating systems from installation until now. They have made sure my system works perfectly with regular checkups and even coming back out when the system had a hiccup to fix it in a timely manner. JT is an awesome tech he explained everything professionally and in a way I could understand what was going on. I would highly recommend this company for anyone having any kind of AC or Heater issues!

Very good work / reliable / make sure it's done right

Justin and LJ have serviced our HVAC systems in two homes we’ve owned now for several years. They are always quick to respond, do quality work and have reasonable pricing. They are my first call for maintenance and repairs.

Just-N-Time is always very quick to come out whenever I call with a problem. They happily answer any questions I have, and I never feel like they are trying to sell me equipment I don't need. It is clear the techs know their stuff too.

David was very friendly and considerate! He did a great job making sure my AC was working, and made sure the working area was tidied up after.

Just-N-Time AC & Heating did an amazing job with replacing our complete HVAC system & ductwork at a reasonable cost. Justin designed a whole new air distribution system that efficiently keeps the whole house, even the loft, at the same temperature & removes the Houston humidity. They moved the unit to the attic where you can barely hear it, installed new & additional return/supply registers, better, bigger ductwork & blew in insulation. We’ve also had them take care of our rental property & my daughter’s house without any problems. It’s a family business and I highly recommend them.

We had a great tech. If you want a respectful, kind, professional tech, I suggest Laine. He was kind to my mom and I. He responded to my call last night. My house was so hot. He apologized that he didn't have the part needed at that moment but he would be stopping by the next day. Sure enough, he arrived within the given time frame, was courteous and got my A/C working again! Will definitely continue doing services with Just-N-Time.

Miguel arrived 30 mins before appointment time. So glad to see his van, on a very warm day. He was able to diagnose and solve a wiring issue quickly. We were cooling within an hr.

We had Miguel coming in to service our AC and couldn’t be happier with his professionalism and his honesty. Another AC company had checked our AC and declared that we needed to spend $20K to replace our unit. Wanting to have a second opinion, we called Just N Time. When Miguel came, I already had a sense of how professional he is. He checked our AC and we ended spending a few hundred dollars based on his suggestion. Miguel explained what he did and gave honest review of our unit. He was not trying to sell us anything but when asked, suggested what plan that will be good for us. Because of him, we plan to stick to Just N Time for our AC/heating unit. Thanks Miguel!

A/C stopped working around 8PM. Called Justin and he sent a tech out the same night just an hour or so later! His tech Will came and fixed my A/C in an hour same night. Will was super nice and helpful. Justin and Wil you guys are the best.
