Update 2025: Can’t thank Justin and his team more for the work they put in to replace our HVAC system. They went above and beyond to ensure we got what we needed done and was very communicative throughout the process.

Review: 2023
Called the same day and they arrived within an hour. Justin was great and quick and communicative. They were able to resolve a clog issue on the spot.

We had another company come out there the day before and wanted to do a ton more work that was actually unnecessary. Justin explained that the other work was not needed, which saved me a ton of money and time.

Great customer service from Annette and work done by our Tech Justin.

Scheduled my first maintenance with them and everything went timely and smoothly!

Justin, LJ, and Scarlett were all so helpful with the entire process. I don’t write reviews often mostly because of time, but these folks deserve it. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. We had our AC repaired in a very timely manner and what seemed to have been at a fair cost. I called around multiple places to get quotes for the service needed for my AC repair. Justin came immediately and was the most honest and helpful out of them all. I also love that this is a family owned business, so you can tell that they really take pride in what they do and provide excellent customer service. If I had you are looking for services for your air conditioning, which we definitely need in Houston, call these guys. They’re genuinely honest, knowledgeable, and work hard. Thank you Just-N-Time (great name too)!

Great service and Great Family Business, fair and reasonable! They are my go to AC Service Companies for myself, parents and all our rental properties, not to mention our real estate management company. Justin came very well recommended. He initially helped me with issues on an indoor unit I couldn’t resolve with one of the larger companies. I have been exclusively using Just-N-Time since then for 4/5 years. From the initial warranty work to ultimately replacement of indoor unit and duct work last year to make my home more comfortable, all the employees have been professional and a pleasure to work with.
Laine just stopped by for spring maintenance and the job was the most thorough I’ve seen. Not just a quick 15min check that you get from other companies, but a thorough inspection of indoor and outdoor units with a cleaning of the outside unit as well. All my questions were answered and I am thoroughly pleased.
I intent to keep relying on Just-N-Time for all my AC needs and have been more than happy to recommend this company to friends and family.

Wow!! These guys are fast! AC went out in the evening around 6:30, they were out here and had it fixed by 8:10. Will return for maintenance in the future. David was great to work with. 10/10

Wow. AC went out on hottest day of the month so far. Was supposed to come between 3-8 which usually means 9 He called and said could come early. Yippee. Got here at 9. Examined system and saw issues. Showed then to me and I kinda already knew problems since thus one has been nothing but problems every year. Wrong size installed. Wrong kind etc. ( I have a three story townhouse with three zones ). Told/ showed me options. I’m staying here at least 5 mot3 years and tired of the problems! New system that now has aluminum coil instead of copper that rusts ! Plus it’s the right kind! He and his great crew had it up and running in 6 hours ( they had to remove fence too in install outside unit ). Plus hauling it up four flights of stairs! Super nice guys. I even fed them. Lol. I couldn’t be happier! Highly highly recommend him and his team! GREAT JOB ! Plus warranty! Now I’ll be cool all summer and warm all winter! One happy camper ! Thanks Justin and team.

Was on time n did a complete check up job on my AC unit from top to bottom. Gave me a complete update on my unit situations n condition n pros and cons as to what I should do when its time to replace it n all my options that was available to me. They installed a new unit in my neighbor house n he was very impressed n satisfied. I trust them n trust is very important when you have AC repair problems.The check up fee was very reasonable
