I am extremely happy with All Star A/C, Heating and Plumbing. Our AC went out and I was able to call for help Sunday morning and a service technician was out that same morning. Our technician was Ares. Ares arrived quickly, provided fantastic customer service, was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly and I felt like the price was good. Thank you Ares for your excellent help and professionalism and thank you All Star for your fantastic services. I highly recommend!

My AC was not cooling. They sent a technician out within the same day, and when he got here he immediately got to work. He diagnosed a refrigerant leak in the evaporator coil. He took the time to explain everything he found to me, and never pressured me to let him perform the repair. He refilled refrigerant for free which gave us great relief. Once I accepted the estimate, they got a couple of guys out within two days. They arrived, got right to work, and were done in 4 hours. It costed a pretty penny, but I think it is worth it because of their transparency and devotion to doing good work rather than making sales. They were also very fast - from the first time I called to the completion of the job took just four days.

Timely. Professional. Knowledgeable. All*star always does a great job. Highly recommended. Benjamin was a pro checking our heating system. Hugo did an excellent job at diagnosing a compressor issue.

Absolutely excellent service , I called late on a Friday and the technician was onsite within the hour . He was able to fix my problem in 30 minutes and explained everything that we needed in detail. He was extremely professional and friendly. I look forward to working with them more in the future for my home maintenance

The contactor went out on my AC condenser unit outside on a Sunday so I googled local AC companies with 24/7 Service. All Star did not disappoint. Everything from the phone call to the completed service was great.

Our technician Benjamin came to the appointment on time and was very courteous, knowledgeable, and jovial. He was able to fix our ac promptly while also giving a thorough explanation of what our problem was with our ac. He didn’t try to over sell us on unneeded services either, he did a good job and explained how our system functioned. I have used this All Star A/C, Plumbing & Electrical several times now for A/C and plumbing issues and I can highly recommend them to you if you need these services. The communication before, during, and after the services are top notch! I did have one problem with an A/C repair, but they came out very quickly and sorted out the problem for me. I understand that things can happen, but what sets them apart is how that problem is handled. I will continue to use them, and I suggest you give them a try as well!

I am so impressed with this company and the A/C service man Ed. I called because I have window A)C units and. The one in my living room was leaking into the house. The Customer Service Rep stated they don't work on window A/C's, which I had already figured that before I called,but I still called. After speaking with her I received a call back from Ed? I told him my problem and Ed then told me would come by and take a look the next day. He showed up just like he said looked at my window unit. He did a few things inside and outside, also told me. What to for in the future. Ed was so nice and explained everything and then when I asked what I owed him. To my amazement he said I didn't owe him nothing 😢. I cried because 5 months ago my husband passed away and he was my repairman. I was truly blessed to find this company and if I ever need anything else I will definitely call this company first. They worked with us to resolve our plumbing issue and determined it was not our line, must be the MUD responsibility. It was the MUD and they cleared the line. I was grateful for Allstate calling in another plumbing to help, so we were impressed. No charges, since MUD was responsible. I recommend them and will use them if there is a need. The Wedel's

Quick, affordable and that personal touch you just don't get with many businesses today.
Honestly, for a very expensive but critical repair in Texas, these guys did excellent work.
So one of the lines in my outside unit popped a leak. I was on the old R22 too. This meant I had to either get a new outside unit and replace the R22 with a drop-in replacement since it's regulated out of use, or replace the coil inside and outside and replace with a refrigerant that's better supported.

I got about 4 different companies to look at the system, tell me what they thought and so on.

This was the only company who gave me options that didn't involve replacing the furnace too (only a few years old).

They also had the best schedule(3 days later).
Good financing and didn't bill me til the job was complete.

Who does that anymore?

Price? Because they offered the option of keeping my existing furnace they gave me the best price I found.

Seriously, I was worried I'd get sub-par work. I did not.

So in the end, we decided to replace the refrigerant with a refrigerant that was new, had the best pricing for parts and would likely be supported longer than everything else out there.

The installers came 3 days later, after the company dropped off a portable a/c for some relief, they did mostly everything well. I wasn't entirely happy with the all the work they did, left some pipes under tension and wires in bad spots and so on.

I was content to leave it as is, since I didn't say anything at the right time but the inspector came out a few days later. I pointed things out and 2 days later the crew was out and fixed every issue.

I literally could not be happier with this service.
100% would recommend, 100% would call them again. Hopefully I don't have to call them for many years, but I have no doubt that if I every have to call for a/c repair, these guys are the first call I make.

I didn’t think I would get a real person AND a service call on a Sunday afternoon! Brianna answered my phone call and had me on the schedule from 5-7pm! On a Sunday! For a normal service charge! Hugo, the technician, was phenomenal! He was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. The repair was completed in about 1.5 hours and cooling down wonderfully. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know! Thanks you guys!

Tech was so wonderful, professional and polite. The tech took a while to diagnose the issue and didn’t screw in the back part of the AC panel. One bolt was missing. We still have not received the detailed quote.

We contacted All Star for a serious issue, and they responded promptly. The technician was professional and thorough. He shared many great things about his employer, which was delightful to hear as new customers. We feel fortunate to have found All Star. We are setting up an affordable maintenance program with a two-year plan. I am absolutely thrilled with All Star A/C, Heating and Plumbing! They installed our entire AC system (both inside and outside units), A new water heater in the attic, and even replaced our attic stairs. Ed deserves special recognition for being incredibly customer-oriented and earning my complete trust that the project would be handled perfectly. The crew did a wonderful job, and we’re really happy with our new, quiet AC unit. They even fixed or removed anything that wasn’t optimal from our old set up. Highly recommend!

Great people. Service was fast. They were able to come to my home and not just fix my issue but his figuring it out within 20 minutes of starting. My issue was fixed within 40 minutes. Price wasn’t bad at all. And the quote I received to further fix issues that were presented to me to avoid the issue I had today was even more reasonable. The twice a year maintenance fee is stupid cheap imo. Always going to recommend these guys if any of my friends need their help.

I’ve known and admired Ed for his work with Operation Snowstorm. This is the second unit All Star A/C has installed for me. Ed showed up promptly. He is kind, courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. He gave me a very reasonable and fair price. It was scheduled for the next day. Wish I’d gotten his crews names so I could acknowledge them by name. Nonetheless, the crew of 3 immediately got to work. The installation was quick and looks very good. The a/c and heater are both working flawlessly. They cleaned up and left the work area as it was. They were all friendly, professional, knowledgeable and hard working. Did not stop until the job was complete. Thank you Ed and All Star A/C and heating. Highly recommend them.
