I needed a part that he couldn’t get until Monday, but found a spare that I could borrow until the new part came in. He came out on Sunday and saved the day! Highly recommend! Ethan Clark AC are a top-notch team of experienced, honest professionals. We used them twice. The first time we thought we'd have to replace a $10-15k system, only to have them identify the issue and pay ~$600 for the repair. On the second visit shortly thereafter they diagnosed a poorly installed thermostat (owner error) as well as followed up on first repair to ensure it was all still functional (i.e. freon wasn't leaking after a few weeks). During both visits, the two different technicians thoroughly explained the issues, educating us on background & history, and used their extensive knowledge to offer options to resolve our issues. I would highly highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC solutions in Houston.

I am blown away by the service and value here. This company knows how to earn customers. They had a technician dispatched quickly to my home same-day. Customer service and workmanship were excellent in repairing and fully servicing my AC. Issue was fully resolved.

Jake was a gentleman! He arrived earlier than expected. He fixed my issue and got my thermostat working again in no time and then bothered to stay a little longer to check up on other items in my AC and Furnace. He told me when I install my new Nest thermostat I won't have any issues and he was right! It installed without a problem! Thanks again!

I called Ethan Clark to service my air conditioners. Clark and Gus came early, were very knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it. Most importantly, they explained everything that they were doing throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them.

Update, 6 years later: I've now called Ethan Clark several times for both routine checks and once for more serious repairs. My opinion of them is unchanged -- they are professional, scrupulous and good at what they do.

You have a customer for life! On a holiday (MLK) during 20-degree weather & icy/snow conditions (which we NEVER have in Houston), my furnace suddenly stopped working.

I called 16 HVAC companies that morning, and out of those 16, I only found one that agreed to come out. (I'll leave their name out of it) They told us the motor was dead and that it was an "unusual, hard to find part" due to its age and that it had to be ordered from Lennox & they were closed. We were given no time frame on it being fixed, and they didn't seem to be in a hurry.

My 90 year old mother in law lives with us, so we were panicking a bit because it would not have been a good situation.

That's when I got a hold of Jake Estes from Ethan Clark! He was at my home in a couple of hours and informed us it was NOT an unusual part and it didn't need to be ordered. It was in stock in Humble! Within 5 hours of initially calling, he diagnosed the problem, went and purchased the motor (again, locally), and had the furnace up and running! (better than ever actually)

We really felt like Jake cared about the fact an elderly person lived in the home & it was going to be in the teens the next 2 nights. He was so friendly and so knowledgeable with all our questions. We've already talked to him about him doing a couple of things this spring that we need done. We'll never use anyone else.
