AirPro has been our service provider for years and the service has always been great. this time around our technician was Johnny and he was knowledgable, professional and committed to helping us out. He was out at our home until 7pm and came back out the next morning at 7am to follow up!

Quality and professionalism at its best.
They came and redid our duct work and a/c in one day. Their work is so nice I almost hate to cover it up with the drywall. There was a follow up visit by their supervisor Ramon, to ensure that I was satisfied.

Excellent service, the Tech was very professional, on time and explained everything he did during the service call.

Service techs were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Worked in the pouring rain to complete the job. Cleaned the area when finished. Would definitely recommend to anyone. We were also very impressed with Alan Morrow, Comfort Advisor. He was very professional and extremely helpful.

My a/c didn’t seem to be cooling. Called and they had technician in the area. All resolved within an hour. Very old unit, but they replaced part, recharged system, and didn’t try to upsell me. Have used them for years, so they performed as expected. The quick response was a HUGE plus. Mason was great!

Mason Nichols was outstanding. Gave us several choices, without pressuring the most expensive unit. Very well educated on all the units and how everything works together. Explained in simple terms. Answered all my questions and took his time with us. Highly recommend Mason and AirPro.

Mason was very informative and helpful. Took time to listen to issue and promptly diagnosed and presented options for getting comfortable quickly.

My trusted service contractor for over 10-years gave me a questionable service review for my air conditioning units. This included making some very expensive recommendations. I contacted AirPro for a second opinion and confirmed that my system was fine. The service technician was very thorough and we will be doing business with them as a result.

Johnny Soto was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He figured out the problem with my AC and immediately knew what needed to be done. It was accomplished quickly and efficiently without disrupting my plans. Thank you Air Pro and Johnny for coming on a Sunday and fixing our AC. Also the price for a Sunday visit was very nice.

I highly recommend Air Pro AC & Heating! My wife called me this afternoon and said our upstairs a/c was not blowing cold. I did a google search when I got home and found one of our neighbors had recommended them. I called them and they sent us a tech the same evening. Adrian showed up and was very courteous and professional. He explained everything throughly and kept us in the loop the entire time. We really appreciate his professionalism and for coming late after hours. The family is cool and happy, and we are very thankful!

Our outside A/C unit was hit by a large lawn mower knocking the unit off its base and pulling on the piping. I had Shelby reset the A/C unit on the base and carefully move to avoid stressing the copper refrigerant tubing. After moving into place, Shelby checked for leaks and additional damage. I was glad to have another set of eyes and hands to reset the unit. Thanks.

Jonathan was very personable and informative about my air conditioner situation. He explained everything in a way I could understand. I would definitely request him for my service needs in the future. Thank you AirPro for having Jonathan as a service technician.

I had an excellent experience with Airpro purchasing a new generator. Steve was the sales rep and explain things beautifully and did not pressure me to make a quick decision. His follow up was great and two weeks later I purchased a full House generator. He even came out and helped me set up the app to monitor the weekly testing process.

I purchased the generator on a Monday and it was installed on Friday in two phases and finished the following Monday. The installation team was great from the electricians to the installers. I would definitely recommend them to any homeowner.

Service technician was excellent. Annual maintenance plan is great and includes a pre summer and pre winter maintenance check, one replacement filter and priority service should you have system issue in between visits.
