Living in Houston, HVAC is very important and over the years I have dealt with a variety of companies, all who seemed to be more interested in selling service plans and overly marked up products.

EMS is different in that Jonas seems more interested in addressing your concerns in a manner that is fair and equitable to everyone involved. I have finally found an AC company that meets my needs!

Jonas did a great job! He fit me in that same day, diagnosed the problem and gave us a solution really quickly! He was able to get everything up and running again and it’s so nice to know we have someone we can rely on in a pinch! I look forward to using him for maintenance so we can avoid any big issues in the future.

Wonderful service, and better pricing compared to the other companies I called. I was quoted 23k for a new system by a different company whose technician clearly was a salesman. The technician Jonas at EMS, was clean when working in my home, and he informed me of everything which was needed to be done. Not only did EMS LLC get me up and running, they installed the exact new system (from the other company) for 10k. Overall great job from this business, will be using their services from now on.

EMS showed up within an hour of calling and quickly repaired our AC for a fraction of what the “big guys” wanted. Highly recommend Jonas if you want fair, reliable, honest, trustworthy work when it’s HOT outside! We are cooling back down now! So happy!

I signed up for the maintenance program with Economical Mechanical Services LLC last year and I’m very glad I did. Last year alone, I’ve saved hundreds of dollars on my 13 year old HVAC system. Jonas actually showed me how low the voltage was on my ac unit and recommended the replacement part. He asked me to shop around online and with other Hvac companies to see if I could find the part cheaper. I did call my old hvac company and others and couldn’t find any cheaper. He showed me the part with his professional discount and since I had signed up for the maintenance program, it was even cheaper! I literally saved hundreds but more importantly, I had air conditioning in the hot Houston sweltering heat.
This year, he changed the filter in the attic and checked the fan and the actual ac unit! Thank God all was well.
This company is reliable, honest, straight forward, money saving, and trustworthy. They’ll have my business for life and I highly recommend them.

We’ve used AirPro several times, they’ve been such a squared away company! We came home to a hot house on Sat afternoon. We called them and John was here in 30-45 min. He did a temporary fix (which held and cooled the house all weekend!), ordered a part and it was delivered today. We also think they have a great service contract. Worth every penny! We can’t say enough good things about John and this company.

Mason did a great job on our AC checkup today! We also had a dryer duct cleaning, thankfully found everything was mostly clear. Been incredibly happy with Air Pro

I first used Airpro 15 years ago when they installed and subsequently serviced my HVAC units. Their service was quite good until about 2 years ago. Service definitely took a down turn when I called to replace a thermostat which they installed and warranted for life (see photo). Their response was since I do not have a service contract they would charge me for installation and hardware. It was clear they were only concerned with making more money on a service contract (providing poor service) instead of standing by their previous work. They special order thermostats with their lifetime warrantee and phone number preprinted on it yet still so not stand by their work. Terrible.

Mason was very professional
He came to our house twice in lthe last couple of days our downstairs compressor is shot
He tried everything he could think of to try and fix it. We are very pleased with his efforts.
We will have to replace the unit.

Johnny Soto was really thorough and informative and had a lot of great suggestions. He documented everything with shared photos. Best a/c service I’ve had in 25 years of house ownership.

They came out same day after hours and fixed my Air Conditioner. The technician was excellent. I always use AirPro their service is fantastic

THIS ONE STAR IS FOR FRANS ATTITUDE 🙄 She is always unpleasant. We have been customers for 6 years now and the continued unsatisfactory customer service from her is just sickening. I was so upset after talking to her today I was so mad to the point of shaking 🫨 she has absolutely no problem arguing with customers. She herself said someone would call Monday to verify time for Wednesday appointment...today is Tuesday afternoon 🙄 she now said they will call me the day before to let me know a time frame for appointment time. I HONESTLY feel we wouldn't have gotten a phone call as it was already after 3pm. This isn't the first time either 😬 and don't call her out on it or she will forever treat you like 💩 when you call. *My husband didn't want me to post this because he feels she will retaliate next time he calls for service 🤨

Have used Airpro for 20 years. They seem to be the only AC company and or trade who still care about quality work and happy customers. Do it right the first time doesn’t have to be that hard! John is the best along with office staff and their systems…. Detailed billing and work history. Hats off!
