Airpro has been our HVAC and Generac service company for many years. They go the extra mile and have knowledgeable and talented staff who make sure everything is as it should be. Highly recommend. We really can't think of anything that they could do better as a company. And I keep finding reasons to add on to my review. The latest came when the fan motor and blade on our HVAC unit failed after only 2 years in service. Airpro didn't sell us that unit or install it but processed our warranty claim anyway and got it approved. Now everything is working perfectly and we didn't have to spend a lot of money to correct tge problem. We could not possibly be more pleased with Airpro.

Steve was awesome! He was super friendly, professional, and polite. He figured out the problem immediately and explained it in a way I could understand. He even gave me some tips to keep my AC running great. Plus, he didn't try to sell me anything extra. After he fixed it, he made sure everything was cooling properly. I'm totally recommending him to everyone I know!

I just purchased my home and was not up to date with my unit. My technician was very helpful. Johnny Soto was the technician. He was very professional, courteous and informative.

John Hudson did a wonderful job addressing the concern I had with my unit. He was very professional and thorough. The air filter was plugged from drywall dust, but he didn’t just say, your filter is plugged. He did a complete inspection of the entire system to make sure it was functioning properly. He went above just changing the filter. I am 110% satisfied with him and the company. Have used them for many years and plan on keeping them. I very much appreciate John’s abilities and his professionalism.

My thermostat had an alert and I asked Air Pro to make the needed repairs. I was very happy with the technician from Air Pro, who checked all 3 heaters and we made a plan for future maintenance. I recommend Air Pro for HVAC maintenance!

My tech was Johnny Soto, he throughly inspected my HVAC and documented everything he found. In the end he explained that we were using the fan controls inefficiently and gave extensive advice on how to avoid the problem. He answered all of my questions and was honest and professional. I wasn't charged a penny extra past the service fee, and am very happy with how the inspection was done!

The job is not yet complete but ACPro has done an excellent job so far. There was an actual human who answered the phone, and representatives of the company actually returned a call in a timely manner even on a Friday night and could schedule an appointment for Saturday morning. They told me the company was open and doing business 24/7. Johnny Soto, the technician was excellent in assessing our problem and communicating our repair/replace options with pros, cons, cost and schedule all addressed. Johnny was professional, and knowledgeable with years of experience that enable him to offer practical solutions. He was very courteous, prompt and helpful. I’m hoping the the completion of the work which we agreed upon with Johnny will proceed with the same high level of service that we experienced this morning,

Mason was our technician he came in greeted us first then headed to looked over our unit told us what was wrong then gave us our options. Hubby and I had a short discussion and call Mason the same day . he arrived parts in hand and on time . Within an hour our unit was up and running. Before leaving he checked both heater and air to make sure they were up and running. No one can go wrong by hiring Mason at Air Pro.

Had a non-functional Mini-Split Unit installed by Another company. John from Airpro Diagnosed a Failed Evaporator Coil In the unit (3 years into its life which is bad luck as it should last 10 years). Air Pro was able to find the part on 2 weeks (pretty fast) the install, from the installation team was not perfect as the AC was making noise after the Heat Pump would not work. John came back out 4 days later, fixed the sound from the AC and got the Heat Pump Working (the installers over charged the units R410A refrigerant which made the heat pump trip.) John was very knowledgeable and helpful as I have come to expect from Airpro Technicians.

Overall, Good response time on my initial call, good Diagnostic from John, Improvement opportunities from Install Team and Good Trouble Shooting from John.

Reasons I gave 4 stars vs 5 was the install team experience and the AirPro price. $2300 is almost have the price of the new system and the part was under warranty so if I account for the R410A charge which is heavily marked up (and call it $1500 in labor for 5-6 hours of work) it seems like a lot.

John is always great at what he does. He is very knowledgeable,friendly and personable. He goes the extra mile and provides on keeping your unit running at its best. He is the only technician I request for my maintenance at my home. Great job every time.

Johnny was amazing! Our repair was tricky and he had to come really late in the day but he stayed with it so my family would have a cool house to sleep in tonight. We are so grateful.

AirPro technicians did a good job on install and cleanup. They replaced a very old furnace and installed zone dampering system to help mitigate significant temperature variation between first and third floor. Initial performance looks good but they promised to fine tune if needed.

Jordan was our go to guy to maintain our Generac Generator. Mark had some big shoes to fill and he matched the challenge woth ease. His service was awesome. Explained everything clearly and answered every question I had about the generator.

I’ve been using AirPro AC, Heating & Electrical for a few years now, and I couldn’t be happier. Their team is truly top-notch and always available to help when you need them.

From the very first phone call with Fran (without the K) in the office to the technicians who arrive on site, the service is consistently excellent. Frank and Mark are incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything clearly, and solved the issue quickly and efficiently.

My family is especially thankful for AirPro with the cold weather coming in—we always feel confident knowing our system is in great hands. These guys are absolutely worth every single penny. I highly recommend signing up for their AC maintenance membership and generator membership—you won’t regret it!

There was a power surge issue from CenterPoint equipment damage on Friday, 2/20/26 that put my HVAC compressor offline. It didn’t come on, and when I called AirPro on the same day, they offered if I’d like a tech to come that evening. I asked them to come the next day in the morning so it will be easier to work with sunlight. The tech, Johnny Soto gave a good head’s up before he arrived and actually came on-time at 10:45am. I liked his approach of starting from the bottom and addressed it with proper logic. He gave me explanation as he was checking the compressor and used his proper experience when he was making assessments. When he made the conclusion, he would then explain the reasoning, and warned me that the two replaced parts might not actually mean the compressor would work (since at that point, we wouldn’t know if the entire compressor was blown). He wanted me to be aware of the risk. During repairs, he would explain his process and provide some education so I know the reasoning behind what he is doing. He also recommended that I should install a surge suppressor so the capacitor would be on warranty. Great input since up to that point, it seems like every year I have to replace the capacitor. The capacitor now would be on 5 year warranty as long as the surge is installed. The tech had proper parts in stock, and the compressor was up and running within an hour. I had a great experience and would use them again in the future.

Technician J.Soto is a God send! Our A/C went out during a thunderstorm and he came out the next day, early SUNDAY morning and got everything running again in under an hour. He was super friendly, communicative, and educated us on things to look out for if it should happen again. The process was inexpensive and quick! We have been with AirPro for years and still very highly recommend AirPro and Technician Soto!

John with AirPro was the technician who completed our AC/HVAC maintenance today. He was wonderful - I appreciated him calling me over to show what he found, his patience in explaining details about a capacitor replacement and upfront on pricing. I would love to earmark him as our tech. The maintenance plan has been one of the single most best investments I made as a single woman in caring for my home. I highly recommend the plan and John.
