Clark & Jake have been our go-to air co guys for over 15 years & they have taken great care of us with our heat & cooling systems. They know their business & give us advice & show us what's happening with our systems when causing issues & how they can fix them.

Had a really good first experience with Ethan Clark A/C, from easy appointment scheduling to the timely service. I can see why his business has a lot of positive reviews on the NextDoor app. I appreciated that the technician, Jake, was knowledgeable and practical, he was able to troubleshoot the problems and explain them in easy to understand terms, and was efficient in making the needed repairs.

Our furnace stopped working. We were told the unit is over 10yr old and should be replaced at over $3000. We saw Ethan’s number and gave him a call for second opinion. Jack and his helper arrived quickly! They were super friendly and professional. It turned out it was the control board, so we didn’t have to replace the whole thing. We highly recommend them!

Jake was very friendly and thorough while fixing my heater. He tried one solution and tested it multiple times before determining that it wasn’t the best fit. A typical electrician would have proven that it worked once and left. However, Jake knew that a better solution was available and went to buy the right part for the job. Excellent electrician and service!

Ethan Clark Air Conditioning responded very quickly to my service request, and was able to come out an hour later.
I just moved, and they took their time to walk me through and explain the system and gave tips on inspections and maintenance. They quickly fixed the issue I had, and they also serviced all units. Quick and quality are hard to deliver, and Ethan Clark Air Conditioning delivers on both!

Ethan Clark HVAC is the BEST! They’ve been servicing my heat and AC for years. I recently bought another house where someone else installed the AC that wasn’t running right and the original installer couldn’t figure it out. Clark fixed it quickly. Friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to schedule. Jake came out and checked our AC unit to make sure everything was working properly. We have used Ethan Clark several times before and they have been very consistent with excellent service. I would highly recommend this company.

Jake and Clark were prompt and honest. I already sent their number to my neighbors so they had it in case of any needs they may have in the future. My damper for my zoned AC wasn't working and I was expecting it to need replacement. Upon evaluating, they found the insulation was just too tight. They loosened up the insulation and it was good to go. I was expecting a bigger bill and a bigger headache, but they made it super easy - from being able to schedule via text, showing up on time, and they were kind, considerate and explanatory. I've saved their number and they'll be my go to AC team from now on!

This AC company is excellent. A technician came out the very same day after a call for a repair on a Saturday. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable, quickly fixing the issue. Their service is highly recommende

Unsolicited review - we have used these guys for many years and found them to be honest and never trying to upsell. We had our A/C go out on early on a Saturday morning a few weeks ago. I texted them at 7am Saturday and they were ready to have someone come out by 9am; however, after some back and forth texts, the company's owner was able to diagnose the problem and I was able to fix it myself (the drainage was clogged - quick wet vac took care of it). I offered to pay for his remote help and he wouldn't charge me. Great company and would not hesitate to recommend.

I called Ethan Clark because I had a leak coming from my A/C unit. From the beginning the experience was amazing. I was told that I would get a text between 10 and 12 and right around 10 I got a text. Jake came out. He was nice, pleasant, friendly, and informative. I couldn't have asked for a better technician. He didnt try to upsell me or pressure me to buy anything extravagant. He not only found the source of the problem and fixed it. He also told me what to do to prevent it from happening again. I will definitely be coming back to this company

The technician had no idea what was wrong but wanted $450 to clean the lines and hope….no thanks. Another company fixed it in 20 minutes for $89!

All-Star A/C, Plumbing and Electrical is such a perfect example of what it means to be a people-first business. Local, family owned, and they stand behind their work. Not to mention their philanthropic efforts to support families in the community through multiple avenues including their own non profit. Hands down the best choice for HVAC, electrical and plumbing installation and service. 10/10!!

Unreasonable price. Reached for a project to move a water heater and furnace to the attic. The plumber who came over made it seem like the project was unrealistic and said we would have to pay about 50k for a project like that. He just started throwing numbers out saying he didn’t see the point in our project. Luckily he did because I was able to call around to local companies who actually care and want to obtain peoples business. Final cost for our project with a local company was not even close to 50k. I would never do business with this company. Not sure if it was a discrimination thing but the they really made me feel uncomfortable.

Had a great experience having these guys out to service my hot water heater. Very professional and on time, everything was super smooth.

Tech did not diagnose issue properly. Charged me almost $500 to put refrigerant in my AC unit. Next day home would still not cool down. Real issue identified as leak in coil unit in attic. Had new coil unit installed by different company. Will not recommend or use All Star A/C in the future.
