We’ve been using Ethan Clarke for 5 years. Easy to contact. On the rare occasion I have to leave a voicemail, they respond back same day. Wonderful service. No surprise fees. Really appreciate their consistency and reliability.

Joseph - not an automated service - answers the phones, a human with a very kind voice. Very responsive service. Jake was fabulous. He educated the customer. Diagnosed a problem - different - from another AC company that presented the problem with a much higher cost to the customer (6x higher). Saved me money (only had to pay the trip fee) and the experience was a great one. I would definitely use them again!

Excellent, polite, professional service from start to finish! They replaced my system and I couldn’t be happier with their work. They even bring a vacuum to clean up after the work is done. They are true professionals and I highly recommend them. Ethan Clark ADDED baffles to my system to improve air distribution throughout my house! I have been using Ethan Clark for probably around 20 years. They are always very friendly but professional and don't make unnecessary recommendations. They keep things running well at very reasonable prices.

Clark was very responsive from the get go, I texted him asking about their service and he responded to me immediately. He came to my house on time and performed a heat check on the systems. He was very professional and very knowledgeable, he also explained to me what he was doing. I would recommend them to anyone that’s looking to have their HVAC system checked. I will definitely use them in the future to perform check ups and to fix any issues that may arise.

Ethan Clark has been our air/heating company for the past 12 years. They have always been responsive and professional. It is a family owned business that really cares about their customers and it shows. We were out of the country when our old unit bit the dust. I called and they came agreed it needed a new unit and replaced it with no problem. We love this company and would never think of using another company. These guys are the best.

We have used Ethan Clark a few times over the years and they have always been great! Any time we have tried someone else we have been disappointed when we compare them to Ethan Clark. Jake was the technician they sent this time and he got to us the same day we called and he actually got to us earlier than they originally quoted which worked out great. They are very communicative with the appointment tines and I got a text before he came with a picture of the tech who would be working at my home. When they had an opening to come sooner they checked forst to be sure that I would be available. Jale was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem and he even showed me some easy maintainence steps I can take to help my air conditioning run better throughout the years. Ethan Clark has always been very forthcoming with the cost of the work and I have never felt like they were trying to upset me on a product or service I didn't need. If anything when they came this time they showed me some maintenance steps I can take so I might not even need them to come as often. They have had my business for a while and experiences like the one I had today make it so that they will have my business for a long time to come.

We have used Ethan Clark over 15 years; it's about time I wrote this review. They consistently provide the best customer service—always reachable, patient and genuinely concerned. They arrive on time, every time, and are never bothered that a job may require more work than expected. I'm beginning to think they actually welcome challenges! Over the years they have solved numerous problems in our air conditioning and heating system with ingenious fixes. And if Ethan Clark tells us "this needs to be replaced", I believe them without question.

This was the first time using Ethan Clark Air Conditioning. We called them to get a quote to replace our outside AC unit. Clark the owner and Jake came to our house within the same morning and checked the compressor, which we were told was no longer working by another company. It turned out that there was nothing wrong with the compressor. They fixed a faulty line and replaced the main power contactor. The AC is running fine again. We were very pleased with their professionalism and would definitely use them again in the future.

Ethan Clark is an exceptional AC service. I have depended on them for over 20 years and they always come through on a timely basis. They never sell me something I don't need and are very good at analyzing the problem and fixing it. Today Jake came to fix a thermostat issue that ended up being a contactor issue and a short in a small control wire. He spent the time required to chase out every possible problem until they were finally discovered. I am back in the cool now thanks to Jake's diligence and knowledge.

I received excellent service from Ethan Clark. They came to service my ac the next day and corrected an issue that other contractors couldn't. They were very professional and knowledgeable about the unit and totally transparent about the work and pricing, which was very fair. Very happy with the experience and highly recommend them!

Jake was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything about our AC and heater system. The maintenance he did was thorough and his behavior was professional. We are definitely going to be using them again and recommending their services to our friends and family.

When we moved to Houston we got referred to Ethan Clark A/C by our neighbors, whom have been using their services for 15+ years. And we couldn't have been more pleased with them.

Joe (the owner's father) answers the phone and emails, and will get your job scheduled as soon as possible. He will also text you when the technician is on his way, including a picture and name of the technician, so you know who's coming 😉

They offer excellent, professional and quality service at a very fair price. Ethan Clark takes pride in their work (which, sadly, is rare these days) and take care of their customers! They are always very transparent about costs and work to be done, and will not try to (up)sell you anything you don't need.

Where most other A/C companies nowadays will try to get you to just replace whatever unit you have, Clark (the owner) and the technicians working for him will always try to repair your unit first, unless they truly believe other solutions are more beneficial and cost-effective to you. They will always discuss the different options with you and explain to you what will be the best and/or most cost effective solution (depending on your needs and plans).

Also, as you will also read in other reviews, Clark is very knowledgeable and is able to fix many issues that other (so-called) A/C companies/technicians are not able (or willing) to fix.

We could not be happier and will always recommend them to anyone asking for a referral.

The Ethan Clark Air Conditioning technician Jake arrived at my home promptly and was able to fix the problem with my smart thermostat not getting any power very quickly. He was helpful in explaining what needed to be done, he checked out the system inside the house and the compressor outside, and replaced the UV light inside our system at a very reasonable cost. I’m going to cancel the maintenance agreement I had with a much larger Houston AC company and instead I will call Ethan Clark AC when my HVAC system needs maintenance.

Jake from Ethan Clark provided excellent service. He thoroughly checked the units and made suggestions where necessary. He answered my questions clearly and patiently and made several preventive corrections as part of the service which were very much appreciated. There was never the usual upsell pressure. Jake made recommendations for consideration that made sense and I felt reassured by his explanations. Ethan Clark had replaced an A/C unit in a previous home of mine in 2005 too! After trying various other companies, I will definitely turn to Ethan Clark for future A/C and heating maintenance and repair. Thanks Jake!

I was in need of someone to examine a problem with my air conditioning, found a posting on Next-door stating how good this company is. I looked them up read some reviews and was, impressed with what people thought of them. I made a call to them @ 9am and they came at 10:30. They analyzed my problem which turned out to be very simple. They did not attemp to sell me a new unit when all I needed, was a thermostat. It is so refreshing to deal with honest people. They were professional, knowledgeable and cleaned up any mess behind themselves I will certainly refer this company to anybody looking for their services. Jake with Ethan Clark is knowledgeable, professional and most importantly honest. He was upfront that my system would need to be replaced, but repaired our current system in order to give us a few more months. Once we were ready to buy our new system he was prompt and very thorough. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about Ethan Clark. Over a year ago, another AC company told me I needed a new system, and I called Ethan Clark to give me another quote for a new AC. When Clark came out to our house, he said we didn’t need a new system, did some maintenance, and the AC lasted us another 14 months. When my AC recently went out for good, Clark and Jake came out to my house within an hour of my call, gave us a reasonable quote, and worked tirelessly over the following two days to install it. They also fixed additional issues and had good suggestions on other ways to improve AC problems we’ve had. They do a very high quality job, are very knowledgeable, and fairly priced. It is really nice to find an AC company that you can trust. I highly recommend them.

I found out about Ethan Clark via a referral from a colleague of a friend, and called them up for an A/C inspection and tune up. They scheduled me an appointment within 2 weeks, then called me back within minutes to ask if I was available right then—a spot opened up unexpectedly. Jake showed up within 20 minutes, and he was super personable, professional, and thorough with his inspection. All my capacitors were in great shape, and he checked the drain lines and cleaned the compressor coils quickly. Jake answered all my questions thoroughly, explained what he was doing, and gave lots of good advice for self-maintenance. Thanks!
