Our A/C wasn’t working to start the year and after trying to fix it we came to a tough decision to replace our unit. We wouldn’t go with any other company other than Garber Air & Heating. Would hire them again and highly recommend.

**Caller Beware**

I called and scheduled an appointment with this company for an A/C repair because our normal guy didn’t have availability on short notice. We were given a window of arrival for the tech. They never showed or called back.

If I had to guess this is not a real business. The conversation with the dispatcher was a bit odd thinking back.

Fortunately we were able to get another company out to diagnose and replace our capacitor that failed.

Wilson was very friendly and worked with me to arrange a convenient time for the installation of my furnace. He came with his crew to my place at exactly the time he had promised to come. They successfully installed my new furnace and the end work was excellent. I will definitely work with Wilson again if I will need any HVAC services again. Thumbs up.

Garber Air & Heating installers were very professional courteous, professional and timely. the install went smoothly and they explained things well. A very easy transition from the old system to new even that it rained the first part of the day.

I was having trouble with my air conditioning. Woke up yesterday and noticed some smokes coming from it. I called Garber Air & Heating and they sent a repair man out the same day. He arrived within his stated time frame, was polite, quickly found the issues and made the repairs and got my air conditioning working in no time. Thank you again Garber Air & Heating.

Jose was amazing!! I called because we needed our vent covers and dryer vent cleaned. After he looked at our vents, I asked if they could clean out our A/C Ducts as well because our walls were dusty. And it was 80 inside the house. I told him that we had just installed a new A/C outside just 4 days before. I chalked up the heat in the house to the 100° weather. Long story short, we needed all ducts replaced, more freon in our new unit and all of our vent covers replaced. He was never pushy and explained everything and showed pics so I felt comfortable giving him the job. They were installed today. I'm looking forward to lower energy bills, cleaner walls and cool comfortable temps in the house. He made sure his team was doing everything right. It shows that he really takes pride in his work. I'm so glad I called him.

These folks are very professional and responsive. They advise on maintenance issues, but don't make it a sales job. All in all, they are who we call when we need help.

Dealing with AC Comfort went about as smoothly as anything could possibly go when you are dealing with a maintenance service. The scheduler who answered the phone was super polite and explained their services. I was originally on the schedule for just over two weeks out, but after a few days, I was informed of a cancellation and moved up the schedule.

They have stellar communication. I received an email and text immediately after scheduling the original time, updating the schedule, the day before as a reminder, and after paying the bill as a confirmation.

On the day of the new appointment, he technician, Osiel, phoned ahead to confirm gate information and arrived on time. He was very polite and thorough. Osiel, Handled everything my AC system required, and then explained everything some companies may recommend going forward. During that explanation, he also explained which of those things were actually of value. Again....thorough.

Ozzy is thorough, honest, and professional. If every tech here is like Ozzy, this is definitely the company to trust with your AC needs. I've had them come out a few times now, and Ozzy always comes off very knowledgeable and takes care of your system as if it was his own. Definitely couldn't recommend them more after trying a couple other places in the past.

They're the best AC company near me! I had them install a new HVAC unit in 2020 and have had 2 houses on their maintenance plan since. They take photos, measure readings, check up, and walk through everything with you. They're not aggressive salesmen and will give recommendations based on their findings. Ozzy is a great guy and very friendly! The lady who picks up the phone (I don't know her name) is friendly and works fast to get your questions answered! They go above and beyond in taking care of your unit, keeping the attic neat, and respecting your home by wearing shoe covers. Overall, they're an honest company with great people who care about your comfort, which they stand behind in the name!
