I came home around 7 last night to discover my ac wasn't cooling. I called and thankfully, they were able to fit me in that night. Aaron came by in just over 1 hour. He was very polite and knowledgeable, but unfortunately, the compressor needed to be replaced, and I opted not to fix it and will be replacing the unit. Would definitely use them again.

Our AC unit was out. We called Southern Comfort, they came same day to discuss options and installed new system a couple of days later. The men worked quickly and efficiently. They were friendly and answered any questions we had. So for today, July 8, 2025, we are pleased with the service and the new unit is cooling our home!

Aaron was a perfect example of professionalism and service. Experiences like this say a lot about a company. He explained everything to me before any service was done. Fixed the problem quickly. And informed me of the estimated life I had left on the two very old units on the side of my house. When it comes time to replace them, we’re definitely having this company back out.

One of our AC units (5 yrs old) went down and our longtime serviceman recently retired, so poring thru online reviews I decided to call Southern Comfort and was very glad I did. Called in the morning and Donnivin showed up a few hours later. Did not expect anyone to show up so quick. Didn't take him long to find the problem. Apparently our frequent power outages caused the blower motor to quit. Instead of taking the easy money with a new blower unit, Donnivin took the time to get the blower unit to restart. Outstanding work! However, the wall thermostat became unusable. Donnivin took the warranty info and returned the next morning to install a new wall thermostat, connect both thermostats to our wifi, and helped my wife get it all controlled via a phone app. She's very happy. Couldn't ask for better service, and Southern Comfort delivered!
